Saw him for about a year, he refused to even run a blood test. Told me to exercise more and gave me antidepressants. Found out at my next doctor that I had hypothyroidism and Dr. Poemoceah had blatantly ignored my symptoms, leaving me undiagnosed and untreated for over a year.

Denied my re-entry into the suboxone program without explanation. Somebody in the business of helping addicts should at least have a reason to refuse to do so. This man delivered my firstborn. After having what I thought were inconvenient issues after childbirth, I went in for my first checkup with my baby. I told Dr. Poemoceah my leg was swollen and red. He took a glance at it, called his nurse to bring in a wheelchair and immediately pushed me (baby, too) out the back doors of the clinic over to the Gravette Hospital into the ER doors. I was on machines and in a bed before I could even grasp the seriousness of the situation. This man saved my life in 2003 and I will forever be grateful. Thank you, Dr. Poe. This physician was found to be unsatisfactory. His mannerism was cold and rather critical. The patient left feeling as the M.D. did not listen to the patient and was not interested in their concerns.

He seemed to be irritated when we asked questions about lab results; his response to my questions were 'Once upon a time Drs payed attention to lab results because they can; no they aren't relevant ', quoted.

Dr Poem has been my Dr since 2005 and I Highly recommend him to whomever is in need Of a Caring,Respectful and Thorough doctor.
