Dr. Kenneth Webb Plunkitt

Incredible! After many years of my wife and I seeing Dr. Plunkitt, I can say without reservation that the complaints against him are unfair and must be infrequent. I have never encountered any of the comments reflected above. He is a superb cardiologist whom I recommend without reservation.

This office is a joke. One does not know what the other one is doing. No one ever calls you back with questions concerning your health. I have a device that has not worked since June 28, 2020. I did not know this until they sent me a letter in November. I called the company who takes care of the devices and they could not get it to work. They told me they would call the office. After waiting over a month I called again and they stated that the Doctor and company was notified. So I called the Drs. office and ask to speak to the girl who takes care of this. They told me she was with a patient and would leave her an urgent message to call me. Well as of today 1 month later she has not called. Right now I am so disgusted with the care from this office I would never refer them to anyone. Another problem is you never see the Doctor only the PA or his medical assistant. But when you owe funds they call, send letters and turn your name over to a collection company.

This man is very caring and easy-going easy to talk to and explains everything in easy to understand terms. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor. His reputation is spotless and his experience is untouchable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kenneth Plunkitt was most gracious with his time, explaining my prognosis while putting me at ease. The honours he has received are well deserved. In addition, all of the staff that I have encountered over the past year are terrific.

Dr. Plunkitt is a rare find in a doctor. He is a good listener and he takes the time to answer questions. His professionalism and expertise left me feeling confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. My husband and I were truly blessed to have found such a good , caring and highly competent doctor. Well respected first class doctor, office staff helpful and courteous. Dr Plunkitt was respectful of my time and explained my condition and possible tests and diagnosis. I highly recommend him and trust him completely.....

Have seen him AND a pa every time I go in I have afib so in quite a bit to keep an eye on it and make heart strong before needing any further surgery. Very concerned and thorough and follow up has been just as good.

After being with Dr Plunkett for over 3 years it is time to switch Cardiologist. I have been seen by this Dr once, when I visited him for the first time. After this I have never been able to see him, even appointment was set up with the Dr. Only saw PA's and it this time it is the 3rd PA. The all were ok but if I have a visit scheduled with a Dr, ad happened my last 3 appointments, no Dr ever present. Explanation by staff : Oh we did not know you wanted to see a DR. I have had 2 Open Heart Surg

Dr. Plunkitt is an outstanding cardiologist. He is thorough, patient, and extremely kind...all rare qualities in today's hustle and bustle in the medical field. Because of his expertise, I am alive today and on my third pacemaker/defibrillator. You may have to wait for an appointment. But I assure you, you will be completely satisfied with the service you receive from his staff...clerical and medical. Thank you for not giving up on getting me to go on a blood thinner. It only took six years

Dr. Plunkitt is amazing; his non clinical staff and the hoops you have to jump through are often frustrating. However, working with Dr. P. is worth dealing with the rest of the less than stellar admin staff.
