Dr. Kenneth Roy Pendergrast

Dr. Pendegrast showed up at 4:00 PM on Memorial day to say I was being discharged. My BCBS case manager said the approval to go to physical rehab would take til Tuesday possibly. My husband worked 7-7PM on Memorial Day and told them a week ahead, that he's off Fri, Sat and Sunday and had to work the long schedule on Monday. Dr. Pendegrast had not seen me at all while I was in the hospital. I asked if I could stay one more night as my husband works 3-11 on that Tuesday. He said with anger no you can't stay another night, hospital stays are expensive. NOTE: My insurance did not say I had to be released or that they wouldn't pay. He was the rudest doctor I've ever dealt with and I never did even try to yell or get that way with him, but the staff was arguing with him in disagreement and one of the doctors that saw me multiple times a day was telling him things that still needed to be done. HE DID NOT CARE. So I went home and fell and almost did a faceplant on my tile going in

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pendergrast to family and friends. Highly intelligent physician. Easy to talk to about my concerns and medical problems. Genuinely interested in my well being.

Dr. Pendergrast is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. In fact, I have recommended him to family and friends. He is the doctor that you want if you become critically ill. Great diagnostician

This doctor would jump back and forth between hospital and office patients at the same time, during the appointment. When asked about4 hour basic office visit he said he could not put with complaints please find another doctor. Not sure how he keeps patients. His version of spending 45 minutes- more like 5 minutes of face time and a look see by NP. No focus or attention to patients concerns as he was focused on a H patient. Office is disorganized Rx always late or lost. Worst ever experience

The best doctor and overall practice my family and I have ever had. Hands down the most knowledgable and caring Doctor we have encountered. His expertise and care coordinator has saved my parents lives. Would recommend him to anyone I know.
