Dr. Paticoff is great!! very friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the office. The staff is awesome, very friendly.

I have been to Dr. Paticoff two times for different reasons and both times were very satisfying. He even remembered who i was despite the two procedures being years apart. He and his staff are very sweet, making sure you understand everything and are comfortable. He explains everything the procedure entails and his assistant even stayed with me to talk to me cause I was extremely nervous. He even works so fast that the medicine he prescribed was ready before I even left the office. All in all an amazing experience both times. The office got me in at the last minute for a dental infection 5/19/22. Dr. Paticoff is sharp, experienced & very nice. The extraction was painless. He explained everything. The assistants were great. The office staff was helpful & answered my questions post-op. The best ever!

I have been to Dr. Paticoff on 2 different occasions for different reasons and I was very satisfied both times. My procedures healed quickly with no problems. He is an intelligent doctor who clearly explained my procedures and answered all my questions. His office staff is very nice and they work with your insurance as best they can.

I didn’t like the service they left me in room alone with the gas on n I have high anxiety. I panicked I will never ever recommend this dentist: Staff was ok but young lady assisting doctor seem very nervous. That made me uncomfortable as well

My 19 year old daughter had her 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed and said Dr. Paticoff was professional and it was quick and his voice was very reassuring during the procedure.

Went yesterday to have extractions. This was my second time there. He is very fast, and i had NO pain at all when the Novocain wore off. He’s a nice guy too. Staff is friendly, nice office. No complaints here. Will go back for sure.

Dr Paticoff did a surgical procedure on my daughter , after 6 days she was still in pain. He was not available at all on a Wednesday to see her and provided no on call Dr . He did not call me back and had his staff call me and tell us we would not be getting narcotics! At no point did we even ask for pain medicine we asked for our child to be seen and he said "she should be improving there is no need" according to his secretary . We were able to have our regular dentist see our daughter and she had a whopping surgical infection requiring antibiotics and medicated mouth washes! After I reported the Infection to his staff he has yet to call me back . Neglectful and negligent and will be reporting him to NYS board . I wouldn't even give him one star ! I had to get a tooth pulled. The staff was wonderful and the Dr. made me feel extremely at ease with minimal pain.

Just went to Dr Paticoff for the first time and I gotta say he’s one of the best Dentists (oral surgeon) i’ve ever been to. Very nice guy, excellent at his craft, nice office, nice people, all around A+ rating. Highly recommend this Dr.

got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and have no complaints. Dr paticoff was able to do all 4 in one day where other surgeons were trying to make me do 2 at time and charge me double the amount of money. i would recommend to a friend.

Dr. Paticoff has placed 5 implants for me and I have had great experiences each time. Dr. Paticoff explains everything about the procedure and takes time to go over every part of the process. I will go back in the future and will recommend him to all my family and friends who might need an oral surgeon. Excellent and friendly.

His office staff is rude and unprofessional . My daughter developed an infection post surgery that he performed and he would not see her for a follow up appointment thankfully our regular dentist was able to and treated her with an antibiotic. He has yet to call us to check on my daughter after multiple calls to inform him of her infection . After reading many reviews we have found a lot of patients are saying they had similar experiences . We will be reporting him to NYS board as he is an unsafe surgeon.

I walked in there in pain and very scared and walked out well and happy. What more can I say!!! I felt warmth and compassion from his staff also... especially his assistant.

I wish I didn't even have to give them a 1 star. This is the worst experience I've ever had. I had 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled. The procedure was fine, but then I got a dry socket and an infection. I got the dry socket filled about 6 times. The office would not give me an antibiotics or medicated mouth wash. The lady in the front office was very rude. She kept saying that "this was all normal". After 3 weeks of being in pain, I went to a different doctor. Within 2 appointments I was finally feeling better and my dry socket and infections went away. I do not recommend going to Dr Patticoff's office. Safe yourself the trouble and go to Dr Miller In Commack. They are awesome! I wish I didn't even have to give them a 1 star. Excellent Dr. And staff.

Dr Paticoff's office was able to schedule me immediately for an emergency appointment. His dental assistant and surgical assistant Ana were VERY helpful and attentive. I felt NO discomfort during or after the surgical procure. I was able to sit as long as needed until I felt able to get up and leave. It is important to know your dental benefit plan and any costs you are responsible for before treatment. The front desk may ask for some payment,but may not be necessary. Know your insurance coverag

The worst Dentist and staff ever Try to with hold my daughters dental records had to NYS Dental Association on him . Staff was so friendly and the doctor was great!

Very pleasant demeanor; information; good listener; quality workmanship. Rather than trying to maximize his income, by urging me to get 4 implants at once, Dr. Paticoff recommended that I get 2 implants (upper molars on on each side) first and then decide if I wanted to spend the additional money to get the other 2 behind them. I got the 2 and I am very happy with them. I might get the other 2, but I can chew adequately with the teeth I have now.

Dr Paticoff's office is very busy. I found the office help were very polite and helpful. I can not complain about the care I was given. They were considerate.

One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Office staff is friendly & helpful. Would not hesitate to use again.
