Dr. Kenneth Otah is very slow with seeing his patients. If you have an appointment at 9:00 am, you should be out if his office no later than 9:30-9:45 am. Everyone's time is as important as his.

Doctor Kenneth otah and his wonderful staff of ladies in front desk are amazing. The ladies are very warm and inviting and gives you appointments as soon as possible. Doctor otah is amazing and very through. He listens and addresses all concerns. I was very impressed. Even if it’s nothing he makes sure it’s nothing by getting test to validate the concern. Thank you for everything! When you’re having heart concerns it can be a bit unnerving but having a doctor that listens to you is key. And he helps with other things and gives great advises bot related only to heart issues. I’m a nurse myself so I appreciate great best side manners. And he absolutely has it. Sorry to said this but we have worse worse and worse experience ever at this doctor office location at 138 Eldridge Rd location staff is rude and they change appointment three time and even after that we went with new appointments time was 1:00 pm and wait till 1:30 to get call us for going in and then they put us in one room then they make us to go other room and then at last after I got tired to wait and I come out and speak up loud then one lady I think nurse or ultrasound tec come and telling us my dad don’t have were appropriate cloth for test that no one told us when I make appointment then I try to told them about wait then one guy was there wasn’t know who was he’s that talk to us told us that we should understand and co operate with them that’s make me more mad so me and my dad walk away with out get test and see doctor so I don’t prefer to go this doctor office again and not prefer to reffed anyone this doctor didn’t care for his patient at all my dad is diabetic and had problems with his foot barley can walk and we phase this at this doctor office recipienist also been rude over the phone and no customer service or patient care priority at this location Sorry to said this but we have worse worse and worse experience ever at this doctor office location at 138 Eldridge Rd location staff is rude and they change appointment three time and even after that we went with new appointments time was … More

This office has some of the best staff I’ve ever seen, everyone greeted and smiled as soon I walked in the door. The doctors were so friendly and informative and the staff are sooooo helpful.

Dr Otah was ver attentive and patient. Explained the treatment plan very well. The staff were friendly and nice. Very respectful

I have been seeing Dr. Otah for a few years now and rate his care, patience and Cardio knowledge at the highest level. He always takes as much time as needed with me and in his behalf usually beyond the call of duty! Two years ago I could barely walk without gasping for air. Currently after his care, procedure and minimal meds I now run 3-4 miles a week without any struggles. He also encourages life style changes and natural approaches before meds. All the staff is wonderful beyond measure! They get great customer care and follow throughs are impeccable! THANK YOU Dr. Otah and staff!!! If I could I would give Dr.Ken a 10,000,000 out of 10. He takes his time to access his patients and always makes sure you feel comfortable and leave his office with the help you came in looking for. The staff is extraordinary, patient and very kind. I have been a patient of Dr.Ken's for about 5 years and I have always been taken care of wonderfully by his staff and don't have anything to complain about. The front office lady I believe her name is Esmeralda is an exceptional help and always makes sure you are well assisted. I have no problem with Doctor Kenneth Otah myself, but the office and office staff he works with has made my life a living h***. They charged me $200 per visit, did not run it through my insurance, did not take down my insurance information, and now I have collection agencies calling me for charges I never received a bill on. I would not be surprised if this office gets caught running scams.

Went to hospital about heart palpitations... kenneth otah was patiently listened to all my symptoms but the medicine he gave did not cure my problem... the receptionist people are not good as they take their own time in processing insurance and creating follow up appointments... i got heart monitor to observe palpitations only after flu test and am not sure how both are related as doctor initially said he could give monitor but nurse said they will not give. After I handover heart monitor receptionist is told me about scheduling follow up after two weeks irrespective of my health condition. Which hospital/doctor creates follow up appointment when patient is not feeling well.. i do not recommend this hospital at all... He is such a great doctor, takes his time, very detailed, and has an outstanding staff. You walk in and you are instantly welcomed. I would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Otah is an awesome doctor. He is very direct and gives your the pros and cons then empowers the patient to make the decision on their plan for better heath. I recommended him to a family member and I feel certain that she will provide her the same high quality service he has provided me.

Dr. Otah has poor bedside manner, although he may be an awesome doctor. I cannot continue to allow my mom to see him outpatient because of the way he speaks to patients, family members and even hospital staff. I am RN and I hate to write such a low review, however if you are expecting professionalism do not expect much from this cardiologist.

This doctor was the rudest doctor I have ever experienced. He spoke to me from the curtain just inside the room. I requested to change doctors while in the hospital under his care for first and last time, I was admitted and he didn't come see me for more than 24 hours. I would never refer anyone to this doctor. No bedside manner or compassion for his patients. I'm a nurse so know what to expect from a physician's care. The next physician Dr. Baig was wonderful!
