Great doctor. My wife went to him to fix a gap she was insecure about. She couldn't be happier with her new smile. Highly recommend.

This morning I had a consultation with Dr. Norwich. I had braces 40+ years ago and wanted to discuss options for an overbite. The doctor was professional but more importantly, honest. The office staff was courteous and helpful; I highly recommend this orthodontist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Norwick’s since 2009. He has always been very kind and professional. He and his team go above and beyond what is expected. My braces were taken off in 2012, but I went in a few times afterwards for new retainers. Well... I had to go back to Dr. Norwick last week because my puppy ate one of my retainers and I lost the other during a move. Although I last saw Dr. Norwick in 2014, I still felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Norwick and his staff are Amazing!!! They all are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Norwick performs exceptional orthodontic work and I have taken all 4 of my children to him. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family, and I have yet to hear anything other than great experiences from them.

Office staff doesn't seem to understand that we are still in a global pandemic situation. They gave my kids forms to bring out to the car to fill out (which had already been filled out online) and then when they came back in they were not given any hand sanitizer or the chance to wash their hands! They had to touch multiple objects, then they were told to put their retainers in their mouths! This is supposedly someone familiar with science and we can't even having basic hygene?

I have been with dr Norwick for years and I can honestly say I have never experienced such excellent customer service any where else. I’m very happy with all of my kids results. The staff there are the best and they make sure that ur comfortable. Plus they know how to have fun. My kids and I always walk out with a smile. Dr. Norwick thank u with all my heart.

Dr Norwick and his staff made it so easy for me to transition into wearing invisilign. The staff is very soft spoken and nice and the office has just been remodeled and looks great. Those in the waiting room can help themselves to water or coffee and there is even a play area for children. In my invisilign package I received a travel kit as well as a another toothbrush, a whitefoam sanitizer and teeth whitener, two trays to hold my invisilign, about 2/3 months worth of invisilign, and a t shirt. Dr. Norwick and his staff are absolutely incredible. I went there to get braces back when I was in 9th grade in high school, which was back in 2009/2010 and it was an incredible experience i can never forget. The staff was always kind and courteous and they were also very supportive and worked with you in order to make your experience with braces as enjoyable as possible. I always looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Norwick, which is saying a lot since not many people actually like visiting medical professionals lol. And even after my time with them has come to an end, since I got my braces off back in 2011/2012, I can still head back there and enjoy the great services and smiles that i enjoyed when i went there for my braces, only now its for my retainer. One of the things I must highlight here is the sheer variety they offer for not only the elastics bands that go around the braces, but also the variety of retainers that you can get after your braces comer off, but that's only provided you get a different retainer than the clear ones, though I'm sure if you talk to them, they can get you something to like too. Again, I cannot stress this enough, the doctor and staff there are just absolutely fantastic and you will not be disappointing in going there (though if you're the one paying the bills I'd imagine you won't be too thrilled...but fear not!!!! they have a great system set up to where you will get the most bang for your buck and they will help you ensure that the appointments are made on time and work with you to make sure that you walk away satisfied with your business there). I am very surprised that everyone has received a great treatment except for me. The doctor paid careful attention until I said I am moving to Europe next year. After that, he would not care at all. It was like he knows there is nothing I can do if he messes up my teeth.

Dr.Norwick is the best dentist to have because he provides you with every little detail of what he is going to do to help you. He is also a very polite dentist, as he socializes with his paitents. I got my braces on when I was 15, got them off at 17. Through the two years I was working with them on my braces, they never failed to go above and beyond while being professional and friendly at the same time. Anytime something sudden happened, like a wire breaking, they always fit me in the day of and had my braces back to normal. Now at 19, my wisdom teeth are starting to come in. Haven't been to the office in 2 years and they were quick to get me in for x-rays. Dr. Norwick noticed movement in my teeth and fitted me for a new retainer and scheduled me to pick it up 2 days later. Just completed my orthodontic treatment and I am extremely pleased with the results (can't stop smiling). To say that I was less than enthusiastic about wearing braces would be an understatement but Dr. Norwick and his team were instrumental in getting me through these past 2.5 years. There were always friendly and attentive to any concerns that I had. They were consistently positive and kept me focused on the end goal. I took my oldest daughter to Dr. Norwick three years ago, now her smile is perfect. His staff are always helpful and always trying to help as much as they can. Very friendly and professional. The staff is wonderful and they are truly a caring business -- my daughter needed a "simple fix" but they continue to follow her. I never felt pressured and always feel comforted after my visits that she is in good hands. Dr. Norwick genuinely seems interested in your child and that means everything. The staff here is really nice and helpful. They made sure my sister's experience here was great. Dr. Norwick helped her get her teeth aligned in a short amount of time. She was told by other Orthodontics that she needed surgery but Dr. Norwich found better, less sever solutions to align her teeth.

My exprience with Dr. Norwick was amazing. I saw first hand that they truly care for their patients best interest here. Dr Norwick and his team extremely well to make sure that I was doing good and if there was every a problem they were more then willing to help. I had a reat time and I am so happy I was able to do my braces here.

Two of my children have had two stage braces and now are adults. The entire experience was wonderful
