If you are looking for a Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Kenneth Laurora is the one to go to. Dr. Laurora is a Internist Doctor and is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He does not over book his patents. After you sign in and sit down his nurse will come right away to come get you.. Now after his nurse gets your weight, blood pressure, how much oxygen in your blood reading you will be place in one of his patient’s room. Now this is the information I like to give you, Dr. Laurora will spends time with all his patient. So you maybe waiting a while in the room for him to come in, be reassure that he will also spend the same time with you as he did with his last patient. You will not find any other doctor like him. So give him a try because Dr. Laurora is a people Doctor. Oh! His staff is very friendly and will do anything to help you out. That’s another great thing about his office. This is the worst office I’ve been to. The staff is very unprofessional and uneducated. The office manager sounds as if she didn’t attend high school much less college. You can over hear the employees discussing the patient’s personal lives. When I tried to address this with the manager I discovered she was apart of the conversation. The “nurse” is not a nurse or a trained medical assistant yet she administer injections. This is the worst office I’ve been to. The staff is very unprofessional and uneducated. I recently had new patient appt with Dr. Laurora he was amazing. He didnt rush me, he answered all my questions & some. I have never felt so comfortable discussion my health with any other doctors. The staff is great.

Very unprofessional staff. Office manager is rude and not helpful at all. I wonder how much education she has??

Excellent. We have never had a long wait. Staff always friendly and helpful in scheduling and with medications. Dr. Laurora spends adequate time in exams, listening to concerns, and providing treatment plans. He does not hesitate to recommend other specialists if the situation warrants it. He is highly professional and displays a real concern for our health and well being. He has been our primary for several years, and we are very pleased.

My insurance referred me and I am glad. I really like this office

Very professional nurses. Friendly office girls. Knowledgeable doctor.

I like the staff and the doc is good. There is not much of a wait. Insurances excepted.

Great staff, great doctor, and very little wait time. I have never had to wait more than 15 min before they call me back to be seen.

Great overall experience. I did not have to wait hours, like most do. Clean office. Knowledgeable doctor, friendly staff and helpful nurses. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Filled out new patient packet then waited and waited and waited some more.....for weeks. Called 3 times to find out status and was put off 3 times. Will NOT go see him or even mention his name if asked for recommendations for doctors in Livingston..failure to respond days a whole lot about how his patients are treated.

Dr. Laurora's staff is incompetent. I received calls multiple times to set up my "yearly test" that I had never done. They even gave me the dates the test! When needing a prescription refill, they approved my 90 day script with my mail off pharmacy then refused to prescribe a 7 day refill at the local pharmacy when I didn't receive my mail off due to a mix up at MEDCO which MEDCO attempted to rectify by expressing my medications. Laurora would not approve the 7 day script unless I went in to his office which they don't schedule patients at 2:00 I was told so I would have to take off work. My family will NO LONGER BE USING DR. Dr. Laurora's staff is incompetent. I received calls multiple times to set up my yearly test that I had never done. They approved my 90 day script with my mail off pharmacy then refused to prescribe a 7 day refill at the local pharmacy when I didn't receive my mail off due to a mix up at MEDCO which MEDCO attempted to rectify by expressing my medications. Laurora would not approve the 7 day script unless I went in to his office! The side effects from the withdrawal put me at the ER!
