The office staff here makes scheduling entirely too hard. Go elsewhere with your time. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting scheduled at a specialist. I have been on and off the phone 15 times, and thats no exaggeration.

Frustrated, I have yet to get an appointment because I keep getting the voicemail to leave a voicemail for over a week. This is concerning and bad reflection on the office.

Dr. Kenneth kudelko was my doctor very good at what he does I enjoyed spending time with him and his employees no longer live in Maryland wishing and hoping everyone is fine there Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year y'all enjoy I am still around enjoy life take care of everyone

This is the worst office ever. The doctor I saw was great however the office procedures and the office manager is horrible. I had an appt back in March of 2021 and waited over 3 hours to be seen. When I called back numerous times to schedule I was always told I would receive a call back and never did. Then I finally was able to speak to someone who then told me I had to speak to the office manager for my next appointment because I complained about my wait on my previous appointment. Who is the world would not complain about having a scheduled visit and having to wait almost 4 hours to be seen. Then I was told to go to another doctor in the practice because the doctor I was seeing was too busy seeing MS patients and he takes his time with them. The doctor they referred me to doesn’t even perform the procedure I need to have done which makes no sense. When I asked for the first available appointment so I wouldn’t have to worry about a long wait again the horrible office manager told me I couldn’t do that because I was saying my time was mor balance then the next persons. Im not sure who’s office she is managing but she is horrible and doesn’t provide any type of patient empathy. Anyway, not an office to attend unless you want to wait hours to be seen. This deserves 0. I have been on hold for 45 min just to make an appointment. I’ve been in “position one” of the que for 20 mins. Totally unacceptable. Is this what their service looks like?

I just had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist that answered phone for new patients. I tried to make an appointment. The receptionist asked about my insurance. I told her which one I had. When she asked for the number, I told her I was driving and would have to call back with that information. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t make the appointment. I asked her, ‘so the only way you can make an appointment is with all of the insurance info.’ She say, yes unless I want to pay out of pocket. I said well, put it in as out of pocket. She said it will be $260. I said ok. She then said that because I said I have insurance she can’t put it in that way. All of this interaction and I was trying to become a new patient. Well, guess what? I said, never mind. Cancel the appointment, I will find another doctor. She said ok. She was fine with it. I said you are just losing money for the doctor you work for as she hung up. I refuse to go to someone where they are not understanding of my situation. I wasn’t asking for free services, just an appointment and time to give my information because I was driving. The appointment was going yo be late August. That literally gave me a month to give the insurance information. This was very exasperating and in my opinion an indication of the office as a whole. Excellent doctor! Yes, you will have to wait a lot to see him but I don't mind because once I am in the office with him, Dr. Kudelko doesn't rush you out of the office, he explains your condition and what is the treatment options. He does care about his patients well being.

Dr Kuldeko is so thorough in his examination and evaluation. He is EXCELLENT. He is a VERY CARING doctor and I would recommend him highly

I would not recommend this doctor. I have to many reasons and its not enough room in this small space to type it, I will say that this doctor is all about a dollar and know genuine concern for the patients.

Dr. Kudelko is a very good doctor, however the wait time is outrageous AND the billing department sucks!!! I am being billed for charges they can’t/won’t explain(since December 2014). They will not return calls but are very good at putting charges on your credit report.

Tried calling to schedule an appointment 3 days in a row at different times of the morning and afternoon with no success. Even left my info for them to call and they never did. Who is that busy?

I will never recommend this practice! Arrived early to checkin and was greeted by a sign that Dr. Kudelko is running 25 minutes behind. Waited an additional 5 minutes and the sign changed from 25 to 30 minutes. Other patients heard me complaining about the wait time and began to express their experiences with long waits to see Dr. Kudelko. I spoke with the office manager who said “it’s not going to change” and recommended switching to another doctor in the practice. I suggested maybe considering building in additional time between patients however she said that won’t happen as she’s suggested this to Dr. Kudelko. PLEASE DON’T COME HERE! Dr. Kudelco lacks empathy and compassion. The staff is incompetent and rude. The wait times are ridiculous and the treatment is worse. I’d strongly suggest finding another neurologist. One that’s concerned with your well being and doesn’t treat you as just a number.

Dr Kudelko is an excellent physician with an impeccable bedside manner. He has been our physician for many years. He treats both me and my husband with the utmost respect. He listens intently to what we have to say and all of our questions and concerns are answered timely. He pays attention to the smallest detail and evaluates the situation. We are never rushed or feel like we are apart of an assembly line. The wait time is a little challenging but I think it’s because he is giving the same attention to his other patients. Dr. Kudelko is very nice and personable. He is also very chatty, and never on time. Other than my very first visit, I have never waited for fewer than 40 minutes after my appointment time, and the office requests you arrive 15 minutes before then to sign in. The last time I was seen, I waited more than 2 hours. He's a fine doctor, though requests LOTS of tests, but he is not worth the time lost.

Excellent doctor. Yes, wait times can be terrible, so bring a book. Dr. Kudelko is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He bends over backwards for me, making sure I understand everything and have no questions when I leave. Been seeing him for years. Staff is equally very helpful and responsive.

The absolute worse experience. Do not, I repeat do not go to this Doctor. He lacks empathy and compassion. He is unrelatable and very insensitive. Staff is completely incompetent.

I chose Dr. Kudelko because I read quite a few positive reviews of him online, but I was heavily disappointed. As other reviewers have mentioned, the wait time was insane. But I was willing to put up with it since I assumed the pros would outweigh the cons. He did not seem attentive with my concerns (possibly cus I am a very young patient compared his usual patients). He made me take useless cognitive tests meant for geriatric patients with severe impairment. All in all, I do not recommend him.

When I first started with Dr Kudelko it went good but then it slowly went downhill. Dr requested EEG and memory test to see the progress completed them a month in advance to appt still didnt have them in file nor review them thoroughly. His assistant Jessica never follow up with outstanding messages and always has an attitude when you just want to follow up with results. He is always behind schedule with appointments and the office doesn't have the common courtesy to contact patient to let know

As great as Dr. Kudelko is, the wait time is what kills this practice. My appt was 2:45 and at 4:05, I was STILL waiting to be seen...and this isn’t my 1st visit waiting over an hour. I’m over it! Will be looking for a new neurologist.

My mother waited 2.5 hours to see him her first visit with him. He referred her to a Parkinson's specialist. Just realized that we've missed 2 appointments with this doctor because we they left unintelligible voicemails. We couldn't figure out what was being said. It just dawned on us that it was his office. My apologies.

He is a great doctor. He is very analytical and has good bedside manners and that is rare when it comes to neurologists.

Dr. Kudelko could not have been any more caring about me and my health issues when I first met him after getting out of the hospital. Dr. Leahy told me he was leaving me with someone who would take care of me. And he was right.

Dr. Kudelko has the best bedside manner, he really listens and takes in your symptoms. He's very thorough and also warm, making a clinical visit feel much less intimidating. I can tell I'm in good hands, I'd give 10 stars if I could! Do bring something to read or do while waiting. The staff is also fantastic, multiple staff went out of their way when I had questions or needed help with followup paperwork and appointments. This was my first office visit. I did not have to wait long to been seen. The entire staff was very nice and professional. I have never met such a nice doctor. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. He is definitely "the one" to have on your case. He is extremely thorough! He took nothing for granted as demonstrated by the series of test he ordered. You would never be reluctant or embarrassed to discuss any medical concern with him. He cracked me up as he assessed by medical condition. I felt as though I had been his patient for years. Dr. Kudelko is hilarious! I saw him at 9:00 am this morning and I am still smiling and laughing. I believe that laughter is good for the soul. He is brightened up my day. But the icing on the cake is that I left his office confident that I would be receiving exceptional care. This was my first office visit. I did not have to wait long to been seen. Dr. Kudelko is great and worth every bit of the wait time. He has excellent manners and even throws in humor to release the tension. He listens, answer questions and is thorough. He even drew me a diagram of a proposed procedure. He never rushes which contributes to the wait time but since he's giving me such great care I'll wait. It is hard to get messages answered but once he does get the message he calls and talks without rushing. I live far from Dr. Kudelko but he's worth the travel.
