Dr. Kenneth Maughan Jones

I don’t normally write google reviews but I felt this office deserved one. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! I can’t say I’ve ever received such quality of care from any other office like I have from Dr. Jones and his staff. When dealing with a loose filling from a previous dentist, I found him to be very exact and efficient to right the wrong. In general, I’ve found him to be very honest and has never tried to upsell treatments that I didn’t need. His office is clean and modern and his staff is super friendly. As patients who don’t always know what’s right or wrong for our dental health, I really appreciate Dr. Jones’ honesty and standard of care. In addition to Dr. Jones, his hygienist Brooke is friendly and so gentle when she cleans my teeth. Thanks Dr. Jones and staff!

*Highly* recommend Dr. Jones’s office! He is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Dr. Jones is gentle and always puts any/all of my concerns at ease. Do not go here. Every day I am in pain from the crown that Dr. Jones installed. It is way too big so much that it caused the crown below to pop off from grinding down. My jaw is now locked and the alignment of my entire mouth is being pulled. It has caused all the other teeth to move which causes me to bite into my cheeks and I have a permanent bite mark on my tounge. I can’t chew normally as that tooth causes my mouth to catch. When I went back two times asking Dr. Jones to fix it, he kept repeating that it wasn’t the crown. I kept repeating that my mouth wasn’t like that before the crown. He then had his team give me a card to his colleague, a specialist, to fix the damage he caused. I am still working with a new dentist and my employer to get it remedied, although my mouth will never again be the same. Do not go here. I thank dr. Jones for his availability to re-install implant crown that together with the screw has fallen out. This crown has been placed on the implant approximately 1.5 year ago in different state but not mounted properly. I appreciate dr. Jones' suggestions regarding this crown condition, and the referral to the prosthodontist for the second opinion in this matter. I recommend this dentist. I thank dr. Dr. Jones is the best Dentist my family and I have found for 3 generations. He is my family, parents, husband's parents & siblings' dentist. Dr. Jones is very thorough, explains everything he does so you don't leave thinking "What did he actually do & what did he say I needed to be done in the future?" His staff is the BEST !!!

Very thorough; both doctor and hygienist were professional, and actually listened to me.

My experience for the past 20 years has been quality, friendly, professional, and pain free! I highly recommend this dental office.

I have gone to Dr. Jones for about 10 years now. I have recommended his office to relatives & friends. He has reasonable prices. The staff is marvelous???? and always greet me with a smile????

I was told I needed extensive fillings and work by another dentist. I was referred to Dr. Jones by my orthodontist and he found no teeth that needed work on. My name is Rita Eastman I am a Veterans widow and I live on a very limited income. I spent the last 12 years taking care of my disabled vet husband. My VA medical does not cover dental. I have needed work on my teeth for some time and have held off because I thought it would cost more than I could deal with. Also I was afraid to have the work done because they were front teeth and painful. I went in to Dr Jones and he and his staff made me feel very comfortable with no judgements and only kindness. He gave me a really reasonable estimate and I had the work done. He and his staff were so kind and they made me feel so comfortable and he did such a great job. Again he didn't make me feel uncomfortable for not having the work done sooner if anything they made me very comfortable. He is an exceptional dentist with such kindness and compassion that I am so grateful to him and his staff. I had put this off for so long because of so many reasons and I am so happy and grateful. I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for more than 10 years. He's wonderful and his staff are simply excellent. No guilt trips when I don't do what I should with my teeth, always friendly, and his hygienist is awesome too.

Fillings done today. Work is great and visit was comfortable. The entire office is great from start to finish.

I have been going to Ken for almost 19 years. He is gentle, kind and an overall great dentist. I appreciate his staff and the work they all do.

A bridge on the lower left side of my mouth, two crowns on the lower right. Work took much longer than similar work I'd had. Bridge was a poor fit and he had to force in on, later saying he could not improve it. Back of the bridge popped off in under a year. Crowns were poorly sealed and had to be redone at about 3 years, plus one of the crowned teeth had to be removed. I might excuse one mistake, but to have ALL the work fail, and so quickly ? this was not good.
