I agree with everything other people have said in their reviews. He is arrogant and condensing. He has no interest in listening to patient concerns and addressing them. I will NEVER see him again.

DR Grimm is very condescending and has no bed side manner. If you want someone to care about your pain and give you options for treatment. Choose another provider! Treated my 80yr old mother like crap and told her to get a new doctor if she didn't like him

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Grimm. I felt listened to and cared for, definitely would recommend him.

Dr.Grimm came into the room with a good baseline knowledge of my problem. Was clear and concise and had my best interest in mind. He’s a wonderful advocate! Talked to me about the least invasive/least expensive route to fixing my problem and informed me how to escalate my treatment if needed. He is personable and kind. Wonderful first experience! Belittled me and my pain. Talked to me like I was a child ( he named two medications and said "now I know those are big words") and refused to reconsider any decision or consider any treatment plan, even though it may no longer be appropriate. Even other staff members mentioned to me that his bedside manner was lacking. 11/10 the most frustrating medical experience I've ever had. And I've had a few.

horrible, horrible, man!! I pray that anyone with chronic pain stay away! This man has no compassion or heart. I am mystified how he became a "pain management doctor" I have chronic pain with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a disease the "dr grimm" has zero understanding.... he poo pooed me away as if I were a pain druggy! I never asked for the opiod drugs that are out there!! Shame on him!! He told me to follow the main steam method for "medicating" He told me to take Humara or forget it. No pain management. He was very heartless and made me feel very uncomfortable in his office.... I pray he changes. I can't see how he hasn't has his license suspended. Stay Away!! Dr. Grimm came into the appointment full of attitude and arrogance. He seemed to have me diagnosed without knowing a thing about me. The Cleveland Clinic staff was rude and robotic. I took a chance on this hospital because it is so well known. It lacks compassion and caring for the patient!! Dr. Grimm's nurse was quick to cut me off when I was answering her questions. My overall experience was dreadful. Never see this doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Grimm take a while to warm up to, but I've been seeing him for over a year and have developed a good working relationship with him. If you ask intelligent and informed questions without doctoring from the patient chair, he'll share his wisdom and insights with you. He's very talented and in total command in the OR when delivering injections and other pain management procedures. I have total confidence in his recommendations and capabilities. As I said, he takes a while to get to know, but he's a top notch doctor. Terrible doctor and office staff. Everything about the Cleveland Clinic system is really bad. Their good reputation is a remnant of the past.

Very cold and heartless. No compassion for my suffering. Made judgement on my pain before examining me. (Never did examine me) Was upset I was in wheelchair, but I broke a vertebral in my back, and 2 pelvic bones just 37 days ago. ( fell down flight of stairs )

I needed a pain management Dr ASAP & mine no longer took my insurance. Went to Dr Grimm because he had an open appointment. My experience thus far has been very positive. Dr Grim took a lot of time explaining what the problem was. His staff bent over backwards to help me get a MRI scheduled. I have nothing negative to say about my experience thus far. I have no idea how this man can only get a 2.2 rating!!

Stay away from this sanctimonious, rude person who has no business being in the doctor business. i went to him for hip injections and he spent a good 10 minute berating me for continuing to seek help for my pain when I had been told by two surgeons that surgery wasn't an option. He raised his voice to the point he was actually yelling, he didn't give me an option to even speak, he scolded me as if I were a disobedient child instead of a paying patient. If you are considering seeking medical advice from this....person, I would think long and hard before doing so. There are plenty of other pain management doctors out there that will treat you with the compassion and respect you deserve as a patient, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment with someone else!!!!
