Excellent drinks, great small plates, quality quality.

I drive over an hour to come to this office since I moved out of the canton area. All three providers are kind, informative, and incredibly helpful. The front desk staff and everyone else is great too. Only place I trust to call when I have a medical incident to get me in that day and with answers. Thanks guys!

Just reading the reviews tells all one needs to know in regards to this office. They only responded to the positive comments and disregarded the concerns. Dr. Grimm and his staff was once amazing caring people, it’s sad to see how his practice is turning out.

It seems with most doctors/hospitals that you are very rushed. Hurry in and hurry out. Not here! They take the time to address you as a human being and your needs. Appointments seem to last longer and sometimes there is a little wait, but it is worth your time. Dr. Grimm, Sara, and Sydney are thorough and well educated. They are always researching and learning, and it shows within the practice. The office staff are friendly and professional. My Family been seeing Dr. Grimm, Sara and his team for almost 8 years now. When we were new parents Dr. Grimm was very informative and shared all cons and pros to anything we were hesitant. Our kids love visiting the staff and charm their way in getting extra stickers at the end of every visit.

Dr. Grimm is a wonderful doctor not only does he explain medical conditions to you, he tells you your options for treatment. Dr Grimm is also concerned about your well-being making it first priority before prescribing any medicine to you. Dr Grimm is very professional as well as his staff the office is always very clean . I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes . Usually I don't even sit down I'm in right in at my scheduled appointment time. ??

I received excellent care from the nurse practitioner Sara and Dr. Grimm . I would highly recommend them!

We have had a great experience with Dr Grimm and his whole staff. We love Sarah the nurse practitioner, all the nurses, and reception staff too. They are all very kind and great with my kids. I feel like they listen and care!

Doesn't care about his patients only Sarah the nurse practitioner does.

Signed up with Dr. Grimm and went for first visit. I have only one word to describe him "BEST".

It was my first time coming here and doctor Grimm and his staff were amazing. They were very accommodating and Informative. They were patient and understanding.

I love Dr. Grimm he's very attentive and caring. Also answer when on call if I have concerns his staff call back with answers. I take my family to him. Also the wait time is usually less than 10 mins.

Do not go to this dr. If you talk more than 10 minutes he will say to stop. They don’t care about you. Never returns calls. They never get your scripts right. Just stay away.

Dropped me and my son over a $7 bill I had no clue we owed til I called and the rude chick at the front desk told me they dropped us. Thats a terrible way for a doctor who is supposed to care to act!

Dr grimm is very good however lately I a got nurse instead without asking me if it was ok. Then i got blood draw and the tech was not able to get my veins. My veins are big and sharp. She kept pocking me. I was so furious that i left after she failed the 3rd time. I went back and the same tech try again under the manager. She couldn't do it. Then she blamed me for moving my arm. Really!! my arm didn't move an inch. The nurse did the draw instead. Also few time I got bills out of nowhere. Their excuse was a computer glitch. Lame excuse. Also they never answer the phone. At the end I had enough so I change my pcp. Very arrogant. Does not listen to the patients needs. Down talks to his patients and tries to make them feel like he is speaking to one of his children. I have never met such an egotistical physician.

He does not care about his patients health at all! Follow up is a joke just like his diagnosis.

They do not answer the phone. I have tried a few times to make appointment with no success

Dr Grimm is an amazing doctor

Dr. Grimm is an amazing doctor who cares about his patients. Takes his time and is very thorough.

I've known Dr. Grimm for many years, and he has been a wonderful doctor to my wife and I! He's always friendly and thorough. Plus, his staff is also really friendly. Honestly, I can't think of a better doctor for a family. He's definitely someone you can trust. We're looking forward to having kids in the future and having him be their doctor, too! If you're looking for a doctor for yourself or your family anywhere near Canton (we're in Plymouth), check him out!

The Village Doctor. Ken Grimm is s solid doctor that truly cares for his patients and the community he serves. Old school medicine with modern knowledge and skill.

No on call number for emergencies... Makes u come back several times before letting you go see specialist

Dr. Grimm and his Staff are amazing! I have been going to him for years! Dr. Grimm and his staff has always taken care of me and my girls in a way in which I couldn't be more thankful! He's very kind and courteous to us all. I don't know why people are making such negative comments, maybe its because all they wanted was the drugs.. There is never a long wait time, its always back to the operatory in less than 10 and seen by doctor in less than 10. SIMPLY a Amazing office Amazing Staff!

Never returns calls to make appointments. I won't be back.

Knowledge is not up to date, ask for a free T3 blood test for thyroid was told by him there was no test. I had problems with strong antibiotics. He put me on one I could not handle asked for a different brand lower dose he refused. Left message they never called me back I had to call days later to get answer to a different drug. Only to be told no. Told them the drug he gave me I could not swallow drug was coated for stomach upset, was told to crush it. I will not go back.

Dr Grimm cares and takes his time with his patients. I'm never waiting in a overcrowded waiting room. He is very thorough too. If your looking for a doctor I highly recommend him.

Been on Methadone for over 5 years see this guy tell me goto pain clinic 3 weeks later still no appointment . now iam outa my Meds having withdraws now top of taking this med for pain I havent slept right last 3 days and having withdraws

Told me at my first appointment that 'never again' would I take up a whole 40 minutes of his time... (Kept checking his watch as I gave my history, even though I, of course, allowed him to control the appointment.) I left the office in tears.
