Dr. Kenneth Mark Ellner

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ellner. He is both thorough and compassionate. He knows how to put a patient at ease. His practice is easy to schedule with, check in and check out with as well as having good clinical staff. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Ellner is in high demand and it is clear why. I went to him to remove blemishes and any precancerous spots on my face and he was extremely thorough, going through my hairline and around my neck. Dr Ellner came highly recommended from a friend in 2008. I have been seeing him ever since. My husband sees him as well. After I took my son to a derm recommended by our ped and nothing helped with his rash - dr ellner had it cleared up right away. He is thorough and while I’m always more concerned with cosmetic questions, dr ellner is thorough with checking for all medical concerns and screening. I’ve recommended him to friends who are equally pleased dr ellner fans. I only hesitate to share this because he’s such an incredible dr that I don’t want to share the secret! Doctor Ellner is a doctor I could recommend without hesitation. Listens, explains and most of all, very thorough in his exams. I give him a 10!

Let me start off and say, I LOVE Dr. Ellner. I first started going to him 20 + years ago when he was working at Kaiser. I moved out of the state, came back in 2006 and I have been a patient ever since. The one star today represents my ANGER toward his front office not the doctor. I have medicaid, Caresource, due to being laid off because of the pandemic which shouldn't matter but financially it does. Caresource stresses to call and verify the office accepts the insurance, in which, I did just that when making my appt. The person who made the appt confirmed on the phone they accepted Caresource, plus, when I went for my appt they made a copy of my insurance. I saw Dr. Ellner on 3/9 for my appt and left a happy patient. I was happy until today when I receive a call from his front office to say they don't accept my insurance and they were sending a bill for $170. Whatt, are you kidding me!!! This is not my fault... I did what I was suppose to do by verifying first you accept the insurance then by bringing my card in they accepted it, copied it and put it in my file. Would give 10 stars if I could! I have been seeing Dr Eller since 2003. He is the BEST Doctor very caring, great bedside manner and very knowledgeable! I would not see any other dermatologist but him! Thank you! ????

Dr. Ellner is just an AMAZING doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the options for what you have. His bed-side manners are the best I have ever seen. My mother, Aunt, and my son are all Patients of Dr.Ellner and we all think very highly of him. He’s polite, takes the time to listen, and really explains the options. I get injections for my keloids, my mother has had skin cancer, and my son as acne. He’s amazing on all these different fronts. His NP, Jenny, is also very good.

Ive been coming here for probably 10 years for annual checkups and such. Dr Ellner is a genuinely nice guy who obviously loves what he does for a living. Yes, he talks a mile a minute, but he’s really thorough, has terrific bedside manner, and has caught a few problems for me before they became serious. Very pleasant personnel and Dr. Ellner and staff are so patient and understanding. Pleasant atmosphere! I highly recommend this practice!

Overall a traumatizing experience for our young daughter and myself. I would highly think long and hard, and make sure you read negative reviews, before deciding to go to this practice. My daughter, and I, are still trying to recover Emotionally and otherwise from this horrible unprofessional and demeaning experience.

Have been with this practice for almost 20 years for my normal skin stuff. Got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ellner today for the first time for a cosmetic procedure. Great bedside manner! Puts you at ease and does not rush you. Love him! Will come back for more little tweaks as needed or when I need other things that can't be done by my favorite PA. I love Dr. Ellner! He has been my dermotologist for years and never disappoints. He will treat you with exactly what you need every time.

My husband & I have had the pleasure of having Dr Ellner as our dermatologist for over 20 years! He is attentive, professional, and has a great demeanor. I highly recommended him.

1st visit, very organized, professional, career knowledgeable, & professional.

I am a brand new patient at this office. Jenny was my nurse, and I also had another Jenny as my doctor. Both were very friendly, professional, and most importantly, very knowledgeable. They removed a mole in less than 10 minutes with 0 wait time, and I was out the door just like that. Will be recommending. Thanks Jennys!

I have had two experiences with Dr. Ellner (biopsy and surgery), which were both excellent. He has a transparent, straightforward approach and is open to hearing from patients. His extensive experience is certainly a welcome asset.

I took my 12-year old daugther to Dr. Ellner yesterday and he was FANTASTIC! He was enthuastic, warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend him.

I've had a few visits with Dr. Ellner and consider him to be a very good physician. He often goes along with patients' requests and is generally a very easy-going fellow. He does have non-orthodox bedside manners, so if you are looking for a doctor with a serious demeanor who doesn't crack a dozen jokes during your visit, you may have a negative experience with him. Personally, I appreciate his type of humor and his approach to life, so every visit to his practice for me is a breath of fresh air

Dr. Ellner is very friendly and makes me laugh, but he missed two basal cell carcinomas on my husband's face for almost a year. He eventually required Mohs surgery that left him with 145 stitches and a huge scar on his cheek. The second spot wasn't as bad, but still required surgery and resulted in 75 stitches. Needless to say, we found another dermatologist. Dr. Ellner is very friendly and makes me laugh, but he missed two basal cell carcinomas on my husband's face for almost a year. I had a hard time finding a good dermatologist and luckily my friend recommended Dr. Ellner. He was amazing! Incredible bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I have had a lot of surgeries and health issues and this I can honestly say was one of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. If you need a dermatologist I highly recommend Dr. Ellner. You won't regret it. The staff was very helpful and the nurses were personable and very nice to work with as well. The last time I saw Dr Ellner, I booked an appt at 1145am. After waiting until 1240, I got dressed to get back to the office because I had a one o'clock meeting. He hurried in and rushed through my full body scan. I left there feeling very uneasy because he literally did a full body scan in less than 3 minutes. After many phone calls with the office manager explaining what happened, I rebooked a free appt to have him specifically check my face. He was late again and came in very condescending.

I just met Dr. Ellner today and was extremely impressed. He had a jovial, disarming demeanor allowing for relaxed conversation. He readily shared information, offered to "zap" a few spots at no extra cost, and enthusiastically answered all my questions. I appreciated that he spent quite a bit of time with me, which resulted in addressing additional issues that popped into my mind as we talked. You can bet I'll be visiting Dr. Ellner annually.
