Horible bedside manner

I have been going to Dr Duffy for a longtime. He is a Great Doctor. Takes time to explain things. His staff is always very professional.

Dr Duffy has been very helpful with Both my dad in law and my health issues. I feel very confident in his care and treatment.

Reading these reviews and thinking how petty and small people are. DrDuffy has been a wonderful Sr for my grandmother and is always warm and kind to me when I bring her in for visits. The staff is professional, and that’s their job, I certainly wouldn’t say “rude” as mentioned by another post. We travel to Seiling just for these appointments, as my grandmother would never want to switch Doctors; Duffy is too good to her, likewise he was to my Grandfather before his passing a few years back. I have gone to Dr. Duffy for years. He has always done a good job by me and my family.

VERY HATEFUL AND RUDE WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!! I called this morning for the very first time ever to see Dr Duffy. I have never been there before or to the hospital, and was refused t be seen by him over the phone per his receptionist. I asked why and she couldn't tell me, so I asked to talk to him and got the office manager and she told me the same thing. I was very polite and calm until I asked to talk to him so I could find out WHY and she hung up on me!!!! So I CALLED back and was polite and calm asked for him to call me back today cuz I needed to know why and she said I was threatening her and was going to call the cops.....LMAO!!! WOW THAT PLACE IS WAY OUT THERE NOW! So I laughed and said what a joke they were and hung up on her!!! I wouldn't call back or go and try to get anything done there even if I was dying!!! Dr. Duffy may be a great doctor, but he might need to consider changing his office staff. Very rude phone skills. I am new to the area and had an ER incident and was told I needed to do a follow up and they recommended Dr. Duffy. I called this morning and his receptionist/scheduler made an appointment for three days out, then she asked for my primary care physician and I said I needed to establish with Dr. Duffy since I was new to the area. All of a sudden I have no appointment and he's not taking new patients. If that were the case, then the first question she should have asked was, "are you a patient of Dr. Duffy".
