Dr. Kenneth J Choquette

I was his patient for close to 20 years. He treated me with respect and helped me to live a full life with pain relief. I wish he hadn’t retired. Can’t find any doctor to help now that he’s gone.

He was an excellent doctor and helped me a lot for years with my pain. I wish he would come out of retirement.

I have never spoken to another Doctor Who was more empathetic and took so much time to understand how I was really feeling.

Dr Choquette is an excellent physician, he has taken care of my mom for years and helped her with her pain management.

I have been trying to contact this office for over a week.No one ever answers only a computer system.I have left several messages and no one ever calls back.I am frustrated and very disappointed with the service.

I've had chronic back problems for years - - Dr Chouquette showed my ways to control/manage my situation. It's been a long time since I needed help, however, due to a recent fall and broken vertebra I will turn to Dr, Chouquette once again because I honestly trust and feel safe with him.

Dr. Choquette was the first doctor that truly understood what was causing my pain and recommended treatments that have been effective. I had seen several doctors and physical therapists that didn’t diagnose my condition properly before that. I feel like he always listens, takes time to explain things to me and makes recommendations for care that are in my best interest. I highly recommend Dr. Choquette.

I would give negative stars if I could. He is rude, unprofessional, lies to his superiors and makes potentially fatal medication decisions based upon his ego not science which Coordinated Health will cover up at all cost! First off let me say I would give a negative rating if I could. After more then several years I’ve concluded that the “pain management” specially Dr choquette is after one thing and that’s PROFITS! The last experience was the final straw. Dr choquette and his team performed a nerve burning or blocking that was 2 months ago. Maybe after a week I noticed something was not right ? This wasn’t my first injection. I called the Dr with my concerns since the paper the discharge nurse gives you gives you a list of things to monitor . After seeing some of my issues I was experiencing on the list of concerns to monitor after the injection I was alarmed and contacted the office immediately. Few days later one of his team members contact me stating I should give it more time even though I mentioned the concerning issues. So I waited a month goes by still in extreme pain it’s escalating I call the office only to be prescribed an anti inflammatory???? Even though a few months ago I was prescribed that same medicine for something else ? So where am I today well I’m worst then I feel worst then I’ve ever felt. I’m wearing a back brace which I haven’t worn in 20 years I’ve been having issues with losing control of my urine. Haven’t slept well forever . My family my work my personal life have all taken a sudden stop. All while the Dr gets to play golf, go on vacation enjoy his days without a carefree . Why because I signed a waiver ?? I’m left to try and piece my heath back together . Worse thing is there lack of concerns and help to get me to someone who would help me . Wouldn’t even send a referral to see another dr . Guess playing God has not consequences. I’m making the public aware so that maybe they can save themselves some grief and pain. The next step is legal and filing complaints with the medical board . I have been with Dr. Croquette for many years. Has always been compassionate and caring . .

He immediately made me at ease, he went over my chart, then discussed a plan for me. He empathized with me, and he took time going over everything.

This doctor is horrible they just cut my mom off for missing a appointment that's medical malpractice I'm filling a legal complaints with my lawyer..................

I’m not sure who this doctor paid to give him five stars but he definitely isn’t caring what’s so ever when it comes to his patients. He is negligent and should be stripped from his license to do medicine. He definitely is a QUACK.

No bedside manners, extremely rude and took away opioid medications after being on them 9 years and replaced with Xanax which does nothing for pain! Letting me go through horrendous pain. Needs his license revoked immediately..also when he thought I was passed out he saying a lot of rude things about other staff members

If I could, I would give this charlatan 0 stars. He took my mother on as a patient a few months ago and strung her along for the last two months with "reason" after "reason" for not filling her pain meds, refusing to see her on her appointment days, refusing to speak to her on the phone, and generally showing no care for her at all. She's a 74-year old lupus sufferer. So she's in a great deal of pain EVERYDAY. He strung her along and now within days of getting what he said he needed most (her pulmonary report) he refused to see her again WHILE SHE WAS SITTING IN HIS WAITING ROOM FOR HER APPOINTMENT!!! AND THEN HE DROPPED HER AS A PATIENT --- SHE WAS THERE!!!!!! No explanation! The office manager came out and spoke to her. But not him. Nope. He couldn't even look her in the eye and handle his business professionally. Now she has nothing and no chance of getting anything in the near future. I hold this creep personally responsible for my mother's suffering for the last two months and I will file a complaint with the medical board. QUACK doesn't begin to describe what he is. Dr. Choquette has no bedside manner. He was abrasive and aggressive and tried to bully me into taking opiods. He asked if I was ready to give up my current treatment plan and get on some real medicine. When I declined his tone became very unprofessional and he became very aggressive and accusatory, asking "why not, do you have an addiction problem? "Does your family have a history of addiction? When I responded no to both he then demanded to know what the problem was then for me not wanting to take opoids. When I continued to refuse he told me good luck enjoying my pain. I came in very sick and in alot of pain, after seeing a careless pain doctor,( dr wert) who knew nothing about lupus and basically thinking lupus meds should always control pain. Anyway, I was open and honest with choquette and he talked to me, listened to me and believed what I was saying. He might not show his sensitivity the outside but on the inside, hes a smart and compassionate. I thank Jesus that he put someone in my life, that takes me seriously and doesn't disregard how pain effects your activities and dreams. Best pain doctor very caring and understanding about what pain does to your body and life.

He doesn’t care about his patients. He will reduce meds without consulting patients and he does not take the time to actually listen to his patients.

Dr. Choquette is unprofessional and not caring to his patients. His ego is too large and it gets in the way. He does not actually listen to his patients before he makes a decision.

Pill mill and the tall nurse has no personality and he doesn’t care about his patients

I started coming here for a couple months now and my last SI shot I happen to get home and take my Band-Aid off and I started getting rashes all over my skin and I called on Monday and ask them what's going on I'm getting hives she said she didn't know why I got them and then she said I wasn't allowed to go there anymore and that my PCP needed to find me another pain management doctor and hung up the phone on me

This is a great place to call and go to. If you prefer to use this doctor. Go there and go to him. If you aren't in Pain this Doctor is not for you. He can tell Quick and easy. He good for helping those in pain. But really be honest with him. One thing else. This doctor Kenneth Choquett. Staff show lots of concern for you. Excellent place to go to. I'm happy to go to him very much. Thank you going here way over 20+years
