Everyone at Dr. Cayce's office is awesome. Julie, Morgan and Jordan are just wonderful. Dr. Cayce is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is very caring and just wants to do what is best for each patient. He treats you like you are family. My family and babies are all patients of this office. I have never had a doctor that wants a test for every single thing. Spending hundreds of dollars to be told, you have something that could of been taken care of weeks ago with simple medicines. Expects patients to wait and jump thru hoops for anything. Adds fear over something much smaller. I think he’s got good bedside manners, which is why I have 2 star.

There’s no experience to share unfortunately. My wife made an appointment and the morning of the appointment she was tile they aren’t seeing “sick” patients. First of all my wife isn’t “sick” she’s been having chest pains and wanted to have a Doctor do what Doctors are supposed to do you know help people, but apparently that falls outside of their practice these days. If you aren’t helping “sick” people then what exactly are you doing right now?!?! Absolutely completely pathetic and appalling. COVID COVID COVID you don’t turn away people who have the flu so you? No time in my lifetime have I ever been turned away from seeing a doctor because I was sick. Maybe you should rethink why you got into this profession in the first place. He doesnot know what is going on. Order unnecessary test and make patients run unnecessary test.

I absolutely love him as my Primary Care doctor! He is patient, responsive, & will answer any question you have. If he doesn't know the answer, he will investigate and will get back to you asap!

Been going to him for 7 years and totally trust him, his judgement, and abilities. He always spends enough time with me to truly know what I need.

Saw Dr. Cayce a while back for anxiety and depression. Was put on an SSRI (Lexapro). Was told very clearly by Dr. Cayce that I MUST taper when the time comes for me to stop taking the medicine. Otherwise, there are serious side effects from SSRI withdrawals with some of them being: Anxiety Depression and mood swings Dizziness and balance problems, possibly vertigo Electric shock sensations Fatigue Flu-like symptoms Headache Loss of coordination Muscle spasms Nausea Nightmares Tremors Trouble sleeping Vomiting I say all that to say this: My refills ran out on my medication. So, I called the office to see about getting it refilled. I was told they could not do that because I hadn’t seen the doctor in over a year. So I asked I I could schedule an appointment and maybe get just a single refill to get me to that appointment. The woman I spoke to was very nice and after a quick conversation, I had an appointment scheduled and was told I could refill my script to get me to that appointment. All was good. Then it wasn’t. I called pharmacy after a bit to call in the refill and they said there was still a block on it. I called the office back and another woman answered. I explained what was going on and she was very short with me. Told me the doctor would never do that after not seeing me in so long. I explained the resolution we had come to and that I had scheduled an appointment. She verified that she did see an appointment scheduled but said I could not get my script. I very clearly reminded her that I already went through this. She then took my number and said she would call back. I never received a call back yesterday. Nor did I receive a call today and when I call them the office is closed, of course. So now I head into the holidays as a recovered addict (4 years clean and sober) who is going to have to deal with SSRI withdrawals and wish for the best. Dr. Cayce is awesome! Several years ago when my GP retired I searched for a new GP and after talking to a few people I set an appointment with him. I have never looked back or regretted it! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Cacey is fabulous! He is kind, caring, professional and intuitive. Dr. Cacey listens and looks at the "big picture". I made an appointment with him to discuss my medication and mentioned I was feeling a little pressure in my chest, I really thought I was developing an ulcer or gastric problems from the statins I was taking. Based on my family history which included heart problems, Dr. Cacey ordered a nuclear stress test. My stress test was abnormal and the day after the stress test I was scheduled for a cardiac catheterization which resulted in me having two stents placed, one in a larger artery that was 99% occluded. It maybe that Dr. Cacey's care and looking at the big picture saved me from an impending heart attack. Not only was he thorough, but he personally called me when he saw the results of the stress test and checked again to make sure my testing was scheduled and I was o.k. Tell me, what more can you ask for in a physician...I would highly recommend him, Dr. Sharma and Dr. Parail as personal physicians! Teresa Franklin Dr. Cacey is fabulous! This individual doesn't deserve the title of a doctor. My Mother has rheumatory arthritis and when she had a flair-up caused by a viral infection she went to see Dr. Cayce. Not only did he order a lot of unnecessary tests that she had to pay for out of pocket, he completely misdiagnosed her. Her referred her to a trauma specialist who immediately sent her to a rheumatologist. Do not waist your time or money on this uneducated so-called doctor.
