Would highly recommend

I saw Dr. Kenneth Brock about 3 visits. One of them he straight up told me, after i poured my heart out to him about what I’ve been experiencing and i let my guard down, that “i don’t sound depressed”, so therefor I’m just not (although I’ve had 3 mental health professionals before him say otherwise). The one thing he did agree on with me is my severe social anxiety, of witch he prescribed me something for that actually worked. I was never able to find something that worked for me until this prescription that i take as needed. He gave me 1 bottle with 1 refill, that i originally got 10/15. I just called the pharmacy tonight (after he refused to see me for a follow up because “he doesn’t know what to do with me anymore”) and was told he cancelled the only refill i had on this bottle. I told him no other psychiatrists are available until April, and he agreed to just leave me with nothing until then. I can tell you, he does not care about his patients. You don’t just abandon a patient.

Dr Brock has been my wifes medication Dr for her bipolar illness for many years. He has gone above and beyond to help. As with bipolar every couple of years med need to be changed to adapt to the patient. He has worked tirelessly and even called on a Sunday to check on her. As a spouse I never felt left out of the equation. He discussed things as much with me as he did her. I am truly thankful for this and have nothing but the highest respect and confidence in him.

Dr. Brock has been my psychiatrist for a year. I have several mental disorders and have been being treated since I was 11 years old. I am now in my 40s. I have seen several doctors throughout my life and many have left a very taste in my mouth including the last one I had seen. When I came to Dr. Brock for help, the first thing we did was have a three hour long appointment going over a lot of my life history. I believe we made it to my 20s and he said we'd stop there when he realized it was 8 pm. I was shocked at how kind and compassionate he was. He remains that way to this day. One of the first things he did was wean me off of the ridiculous amount of medication my old doctor had put me on and did a little changing up of the ones I still needed. I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from but I know one thing for sure. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he's funny, witty, smart and best of all so intelligent. He truly knows what he's doing and can be trusted with your care. I've been through so many doctors in my life and hated/distrusted most of them for one reason or another so of course I went in skeptical but he constantly allays my fears by telling me that this is his chosen profession and that I really can tell him anything. And for some reason, I know that it's a very safe space and that I absolutely can. Thank you, Dr. Brock.

He really took he imi o devuldge int the real cause of an issue rather han just check of some boxes pull a DX out of it.

He really cares about his patients and understands their issues and helps them to get better. He doesn’t believe in hiding behind medication to solve your problems, because medication is just a mask and should only be used for a short period of time in most situations!
