Absolutely awful. I already had a diagnosed severely deviated septum with cat scans. I recently moved here and needed to get a surgery to fix the issue. I made an appointment here and was told by Dr Andrews that I should try to taoe antacid for a month to try to help with the sinus inflammation. He stuck a light in my nose for about 15 seconds and that was it, probably a 5 minute appointment that was a complete waste of time. Then I get the bill, they billed my insurance 760 dollars for a 5 minute visit and I owed half that. So this "doctor" thinks his time is worth 9,120 dollars an hour when he doesn't actually help? I would recommend Dr. Andrews. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the audiologist sent me back to the waiting room when in fact my visit was completed. After waiting for 10 minutes I did go up to the desk and asked if I should still be waiting and learned I was done with my appointment.

Dr. Andrews has a calming demeanor, is respectful, listens carefully and explains things carefully and logically so you have a better understanding of what could be wrong and why certain tests are required. His staff is just as respectful and also explains things why certain tests must be done at certain times and make the effort to identify appointments that not only fit your schedule, but do so in a reasonable time frame.

He LISTENS to you and is not dismissive.

This is a very professional and caring office. I met the doctor and then had an audiologic test. Afterwards, I returned to meet with the doctor to review the results. Impressive! He took lots of time to explain the results and possible outcomes to my issues.

Office is a waste of time, doesn’t even look over paperwork and spends about 10 minutes in room to decided what to do. VERY incompetent. Wouldn’t go here even if it was my last resort. Office not clean a lot of people in office during Covid. Definitely look elsewhere, very dirty.

After seeing other practitioners for a persistent throat and ear problem, I recently had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Kenneth Andrews, an ENT affiliated with Starling physicians group, who examined me thoroughly for my throat and ear issue complaint. This was my first visit with Dr. Andrews who, after researching his background and patient ratings, I was immediately drawn to by his patient ratings and academic accomplishments! Out of several practitioners I had been examined by, Dr. Andrews is the only practitioner who correctly identified where my throat issue was located and provided patient-centered advise to monitor and treat my issue, if further treatment is needed! I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews to anyone in need of being examined by an excellent diagnostician for complex ear, nose, and throat concerns!

Dr. Andrews performed a removal of a growth on my nose and was very professional. He discussed all options with me, and performed the procedure with a mimimum of discomfort.

I was very upset with a wax burn on my face. He was kind, gentle and put me at ease. He reassured me that it would heal with out scarring. And it did. His bedside manner is top notch

When I finally was called - about an hour later, I explained my issue, about feeling a lump in my throat, which moved when I swallowed; he checked he Throat by feeling the neck area and then the tongue....and gave me his diagnosis - acid reflux! He said he can use a camera to look, but not necessary. I told him I prefer him to use one; which he did - said everything looks good! My first appointment with Dr. Andrews. It was a short wait before going in to the exam room. Dr. Andrews was prompt with a pleasant manner. I felt at ease during the exam, and discovered I gave a good gag reflex, lol. I would recommend Dr. Andrews for any ENT needs.

I went to Dr.Andrews with a Very swollen and painful face under my left eye. I had been seeing other doctors and dentists for over a year by the time I saw Dr. Andrews for the first time. He ended up having to scrape my left sinus and the swelling and Most of the pain is gone, most because we found out that I have nerve damage in my face from getting my tooth pulled. He was understanding about my Fibromyalgia and the hurtles caused by chronic pain, and the road blocks caused my facial nerve damage. If you have nerve damage or other disorders that burden you with chronic pain, Dr. Andrews is the ENT for you, he has what my Grandma Anne calls "good bedside manners" an antiquated saying from when physicians use to do house calls. I had a appointment today with Lisa Rinaldi (APRN) Reason for two stars, She answered all my questions I had. This place is not a 5 star or even a 4 star place. Very disorganized, not up to date on things. The medical tool, vaginal speculum was metal. A lot of HIPAA violation goes on. You can hear through the walls/doors. Lisa was very gossipy about patients including myself, seems to give the feeling of being rushed and stressed out at the same time. During the procedure I was not asked if it was okay if the nurse be present. I had the feeling of violation because of this. I believe that the nurse did not have to be in the room nor was I given the choice. Not a professional place to go to.
