I’m a Medicare patient and sometimes we are given a mere once over and sent away, butnotat Salem Clinic and Dr Graven is especially helpful and caring. He listens to everything you want to say and he explains things well. I could go on and on, but I’ll leave it as he is the best Dr I’ve ever had. Thanks

I saw Graven for a skin rash in about 2006. It was minor, but I still worried. He sat across the room, did not inspect, asked "21" questions, told me to stop using over the counter steroids, and did not offer prescriptions or treatment. Very disappointed, very mad. Now 2022, rash very bad and extensive. Saw a real doctor. Given shot and prescription. Weeks later great improvement. Do not see Graven. Negative 25 stars.

Did not matter what I went to see DR. Graven for the topic of conversation was always my weight. Now after over a year of having left him and the terrible Salem clinic behind I find out they billed an appointment as a weight loss consultation instead of my general care. My insurance did not cover it, they claim they can not fix the appointment type and rebill because it's been too long and now I have an unexpected $150 dollar bill coming out of a major pandemic.

Terrible Dr. Does not properly address concerns. Charges $24,000 an hour - no joke! 30 second visit cost $200. Salem Clinic is the worst. They are trained to circumvent the truth by altering visits for more $$$. Disgusting. STAY AWAY!!!!

I appreciate his knowledge base and kindness. I also like that he doesn't talk down to me like I have experienced with other providers. He's also quick with results. Wish he had more time but thats probably more of any institutional issue.

You can trust this guy. Best doctor ive ever had...and ive had many.

When my father was dying, I called Dr. Graven's office and explained the situation to his staff and provided the hospice contact information for him to confirm my request for FMLA approval. His staff spoke with Dr. Graven and he suggested that I make an appointment with him. I couldn't leave my dad and my request to speak to Dr. Graven was denied. He wanted me to stop caring for my father and travel back to Salem. I consider Dr. Graven's inaction and request unreasonable, insensitive and immoral

Dr Graven is my partners PCP and he is thorough in treating her. She has a complex case and he is giving her the best care possible. I'm glad she has Dr Graven!!

Salem Clinic and Dr Kendall Graven has been my Doctor since I came back to Oregon after living in Phoenix, Arizona for the last 4 years, prior to that living in Whidbey Island, Washington since 2011. 2007-2010 Dr Graven was my primary gp, he welcomed me back this year 2017! I'm a complex patient that requires incredible, patience, quick thinking, follow up care, trouble-shooting, and thorough treatment. I'VE ALWAYS RECEIVED quality care from Dr K Graven! I appreciate him & his exceptional care. Doctor Graven has been my doctor for over ten years. He listens to my issues and considers carefully what approach best fits my needs. When needed he refers to specialist care. Scheduling appointments are generally easy. Wait time in the lobby can sometimes go long, but hey...doctors are trying to heal people. I get it. Also...Alicia has always been kind, helpful, professional, and respectful. Great bedside manner to both. When Graven isn't available, someone else is usually there to help.
