I've been a patient for years, the customer service and quality of care has dramatically decreased. Not sure what happened but this is not the amazing staff and customer service that it once was. I had a routine dental cleaning at 8am. At 930am, after waiting for an hour for the dentist to do my exam, I eventually left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here if you expect care, attention and respect. I hadn't been to the dentist in 4 years and I was extremely anxious about the whole thing. Kristen knew how scared I was and completely made me feel at ease about everything. She was wonderful and so friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Bell explained all my options and they made me feel really positive about the whole experience. I've never felt so good leaving a dental appointment. It's kind of bizarre because of how much I've hated all of them in my past. If you have any type of anxiety about seeing the dentist and you're looking for a dentist and practice that will help you get over that and on track with having your best teeth and gums, I can't stress enough how much I recommend them. I wish I could give less than one star, incredibly unprofessional on the phone. The first time I call and ask if they do a certain procedure and then get hung up and then when I call back she wants to argue with me. I ask to speak to someone else and she says she is only the one there when the office says that they close at 7pm? I hope she isnt scaring away all the patients like this. Update: the crown that was done here just fell off. After a only 3 years. Went there to have the crown done. Temporary crown broke and I was in A LOT of pain. Even after installation of the permanent one I had a strip of super-sensitive tooth exposed, so the pain didn't go away. And all they could do was to adjust the height 3 TIMES. After 4 months of attempts to fix it, it still hurt. I was in tears by the end of the last appointment, because drilling a sensitive tooth hurt, and trying to chew the paper hurt when I hit the bumps. They didn't answer questions about "what do I do if it doesn't stop hurting?" I will not return to this place, and I don't recommend it. Dr. West, Angie and Kevin are kind, patient and all have an excellent bedside manner. The hygienist and office staff are amazing, too! I was provided with a personal dental plan that was both reasonable and realistic, which is extremely important to me.

I met the amazing Anna Spencer at the bar I work at. I was experiencing some pain during shift and she recommended me to the practice. I called and made an appointment with the wonderful office staff Sarah and Keegan. They were professional, polite and delightful to speak too. They took the time to call and verify my insurance and get the proper information for what was covered. They called me before my appointment to let me know my co-pay. Which I highly appreciated. When I arrived I was warmly greeted. Kevin took me back to the VIP room. He treated me as a VIP and made me laugh the whole time. He made me feel extremely comfortable. Which was important for me. Since I have not had the best experiences at the dentist before. The office suggested I use CareCredit to pay my 20%. An excellent recommendation. Absolutely love this place. We recently moved here from Colorado and after seeing a dentist for over 20 years who we absolutely loved we knew our new dentist had some big shoes to fill. Needless to say they have definitely stood the test and continue to impress us. I would highly recommend this place. I've had many bad experiences with dentists and I'm so happy to live close to such a wonderful dental practice! BEST Dental office I have ever been to. I became a patient in 2018 due to some pain I was having. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time so I was worried that there was no hope for me. I went in and they tried to sell me a $5k worth of dental work and my gums were bleeding so bad after the cleaning. I found Brush dentistry and they did the same crown for $900.00 this place is a rip off

What a horrible experience! The dentist was more focused on discussing how trendy her dress was, her plans for the weekend, and other things I could care less about with her dental assistant out in the hallway..... all the while I am being told to be patient, the doctor is running behind. I can clearly see why. When she does look at my teeth, within 30 seconds she had decided I needed two root canals, most fillings replaced, and a lot of other work when I just went in for a cleaning. Then I get a voice message on my phone stating that an appointment had been set for two days from now and if I didn't call within 24hrs of the call I would be charged even if I didn't show up. I never requested an appointment in the first place! I went to a different dentist a week later for a second opinion on the root canals and filings.... shocker, I was told there was no need for the work to be done. Avoid this place! What a horrible experience!
