I've been going to dr Kensington for years him and his staff are always friendly ,helpfull and great wouldn't want to go any other dr for the procedures I have done there

Dr. Kensing has seen all my ups and downs for the last 15 years with my health. His bedside manners and knowledge keeps me coming back.

Dr. Kensing is a true professional. He performed my procedure flawlessly and explained my results thoroughly.

As with the last physician that I was being treated by that retired, Dr. Kensing and staff were top notch with their care, and they were very attentive to my needs as a patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kensing and staff to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.

I recently had a procedure with Dr Kensing. He was very kind, listened to my concerns, and is working to alleviate my medical issue. The staff is accommodating and efficient while working hard to make sure the entire process is seamless. They have the system down to a science and I cannot recommend him, or his team, enough.

Dr. Kensing and his staff are always kind and considerate. Dr. Kensing is always very considerate and helpful with any questions and/or my condition at the time of my visits. Dr. Kensing is the best. Not only is he professional and extremely qualified, but he is also personable and listens to me. He always takes the most conservative approach at first but follows through until any issue is resolved. He will take as much time as you think he needs to address your concerns.

I have never been to a doctors office that was so caring and polite. The entire staff was friendly and helped out in any way possible. I would recommend Dr. Kensing to anyone needing a GI doctor!

Dr Kensing has been my Dr for at least 25 years. He has taken very good care of me. He has cured ulcers I had in my tummy and he has helped me keep my Ulcerative colitis in remission for the last 5 years or so. I do recommend him, he is an awesome Dr.

Dr Kensing has a well run office. My procedures went smoothly and appointments were all on time. I have a high opinion of Dr Kensing, and recommend him. He is a credit to his profession.

My experience with Dr. Kensing has been very good. Even when the office is busy, he will take time to question and understand your symptoms and complaints to "get to the 'bottom' of your situation". He is very easygoing and calm in his mannerism and helps you feel comfortable immediately. After my first colonoscopy he came to my husband and me and visited with us about the results. Extremely efficient and professional at the moment you arrive to check in.

Waiting time was no more than 10 minutes, got called back to a room and again wait was no longer than 10 minutes. Staff was polite!! Amazing bed side manners! Very knowledgeable! I had been treated by Dr.Kensing 15 years prior and he knew my history and explained everything to me! Over all very pleased with my care, treatment! Would recommend! The staff are all very professional and Dr Kensing was very easy to talk to and he really seemed to be genuinely concerned and asked many questions. He had very good "bedside" manners. What I really appreciated was how tDr Kensing's office was set up ....the billing and insurances area was far from the lobby and front reception workers which made me feel at ease and the cubicles provided the privacy that we want when sharing financial matters. Prior to coming to Dr KensIng, I had taken my son for a colonoscopy at another well known place here in Lubbock with a Dr. Block. Ugh I and was completely disgusted with the unprofessional way the front office workers were acting..... They were talking about a current patient and joking on her as well as calling to verify insurance and giving out very very private info right in front of everyone in the waiting area. And the Dr at that other clinic didn't seem to care at all about his patients. The difference between that place and Dr Kensing's office and staff was immense. Dr. Kensing is impressive in every way. I was anxious about my appointment and he helped calm me with his soothing nature and knowledge. He came prepared with hand written notes that he had reviewed prior to my appointment. He talked through the entire process of what would take place if we needed to proceed with the test. Although he must be continuously booked and tight on time, he was thorough, direct and took time to care about me as a person. We discussed my health history and he make recommendations based on the exam, discussed details and based on his knowledge of my medical health plan. I was surprised that he was aware of insurance regulations and that he remembered details from over a decade ago about my family. I completely trust in his medical expertise and compassion for people. Dr. Kensing single handedly turned my cynicism regarding the medical profession into hope about my health and that of others. My 2nd colonoscopy by Dr. Kensing and I would recommend him very highly. He is prompt with his appointments and has a very caring attitude towards his patients. When you leave his office, you know you've been provided extremely good care.

Dr Kensing was very thorough in his exam and instructions were given clearly which is very much appreciated! He offered his hand to help me up from the exam table which shows what a very caring person he is. He did not rush through the visit and answered all my questions.

One of the most arrogant self centered doctors I have ever known! And only works at a clinic he has part ownership. What a racket. Now i wanted to try another doctor from that practice and can't. Avoid this place.

Office staff is efficient and friendly. Calls have always been returned and Dr. Kensing is professional and has done colonoscopy and hemorrhoid care for me. I recommend him to anyone needing care.

I had severe complications from a routine test that evolved into something much worse when his office basically ignored my concerns. Thankfully I went to another doctor that got me straightened out for the most part.If I could give him zero stars I would.

He listens and have a chat with you about the reason you are there. Then talk about other things that have nothing to do with what brought you there. That is the type of doctor that I like. Dr. Kelly listens and gets your mind at ease.

Dr. Kensing is an encourager. A thorough and capable physician, he made an honest and accurate diagnosis. I came to him for a second opinion after receiving a very discouraging report from a former doctor. Dr. Kensing confirmed the diagnosis but in such a positive way. It was life changing for me! Now instead of a negative defeatist approach to my healthcare, I have received encouragement and affirmation. With this approach, we have managed my condition beautifully. It is working. I owe my new attitude and my healthy lifestyle to Dr. Kensing and his encouragement. I strongly recommend this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Kensing for many years. He always takes time to listen to what is going on with me and he and his staff always go the extra mile to take care of me. I appreciate everything they have done and continue to do to help make living with Crohn’s disease a bit more tolerable. Julie (his nurse) is absolutely amazing as well.
