Dr Jago is the most kind and caring doctor. She delivered my son near 11 years ago and I still see her today. I actually look forward to my annual apt!

Dr. Jabo has been my OBGYN for over 10 years. When I was a young bride, wondering why I wasn't getting pregnant, other doctors kept pushing me off, telling me I was too young to worry. Dr. Kelly Jago is absolutely fabulous. She is so positive, happy, uplifting, answers every question and makes you feel like your there to visit a great friend.

I have been seeing Dr.Jago for a year, she is amazing. I feel that listens and educates about the choices to you. She is compassionate and extremely attentive. However I recently had a very complex surgery and have needed very important medical guidance and I never get a return call from the office I wait hrs and call again, one occasion I needed to call in 3 times, this was the day after I was discharged from the hospital. Again I need medical advice a possible Infection from my incision and I am still waiting. Where is the communication here?! I have been seeing Dr.Jago for a year, she is amazing. Dr. Jago is caring & thorough. Her office staff is friendly & efficient.

I have been seeing Dr. Jago for a few years now. I will never see another doctor. She is always thorough and treats me like she cares. She actually took the time to help me instead of just doing the normal Endometriosis protocol. I will continue to see her until I don’t have a choice.

Dr. Jago, Kelly and her staff are amazing. Kind hearts and always to personable. I am so glad that I found her when we moved to the area, it isn't a weird office visit at any time when I go in. I also love that she has two offices!

Friendly and caring staff. My visit was with Dr Jago. I have found a new Gyn group and a wonderful caring and knowledgeable doctor.

I went to the world golf village location. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant. I came in with a couple things I had questions about and also explained that we are trying to have a baby so I wanted everything to be checked to make sure it’s in working order as I have previously miscarried. Dr. Jaygo, while nice, did not answer all of my questions, I felt very rushed and felt like she was worried about getting to other patients. I messaged her on their message portal and ask some questions I needed clarification on. Well I then got an invoice in the mail for an online consult through the messages portal. They literally charged me to message the doctor to ask her a follow up question. While it is a small amount I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they are charging for a messaging portal for questions. I called and asked for it to be written off and moving forward I would not use the portal so I don’t incur cost. They said the balance stands and they won’t be writing it off that it was in the paperwork that I signed. Like are you really hurting for $24? I won’t be going back to this practice to see this doctor nor any doctor in this company. They are money hungry and don’t answer all your questions fully. I went to the world golf village location. I don’t usually do the whole ‘bad review’ thing. I usually stick to good reviews and consider the bad experiences as a ‘one off’ and take it upon myself to not go back to the establishment, whatever establishment that might be. However, I have become extremely frustrated with the office in World Golf Village recently, so I’m making public my experience for those to review. I have been seeing Dr. Jago for a year and a half now and she has been amazing. I have had two annuals, and a few follow up appointments addressing some concerns I have about my fertility. She was able to ease my mind and assure me that my concerns were normal, but unnecessary due to test results and ultra sound results. Since then, in the past few months, I had an abnormal test result come back and the office attempted to call me one time. I was unable to answer, they left me a voicemail, and I returned their call the next business day and no answer. I called for two days in a row and no answer. They finally called me back with my abnormal results to inform me of an issue I needed medication for. I was a bit shocked by their lack of urgency to contact a patient regarding results that required medication. However, I let it go and assumed they are busy and understaffed like the rest of the world right now due to the pandemic. A few weeks later, I called to request an additional test and left multiple voicemails before someone called me back a few days later. When they called they informed me that Dr. Jago honored my request and I would hear from the lab to schedule an appointment the following week. That was three weeks ago now. I have called the WGV office a handful of times and left them a handful of voicemails requesting an update. Still no response. I am very frustrated by the lack of communication and sense of urgency by the office of a doctor I am entrusting the birth of my future child with, not to mention my current gynecological health. If you are a patient needing additional attention, outside of your normal annual check ups with typical normal results, I wouldn’t suggest that this office is the right one for you SOLELY based on the communication skills of the front desk and nurse staff. Dr Jago was nice but her billing department is horrible. They refuse to code correctly and then threaten to send you to collections. I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend them.

Dr Jago is the sweetest person! I met her day of labor when my baby was stuck and I needed a c section. She was instantly calming, sweet, and reassuring. I live in Palm coast and could go to that branch for check ups but prefer to go see her.

The doctor is great, her staff is rude and inconsiderate. I had a bill at the office and when I talked to the receptionist she refused to let me pay half and insisted that I pay full. She refused to schedule my appointment even after offering to make payments on my bill. After I was transferred to billing and they treated me like I was 5 years old. The billing department laughed at me when I asked if I could make a payment and told me I must pay in full at that very moment or I wouldn’t be seen

Dr. Jago was nice unfortunately that doesn't make up the incompetence surrounding her in the office. Tracy, who is the manager of the billing department has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. She is rude, unattentive & evidently unable to resolve issues.I've been sent a bill numerous times due to the fact THIS office is not providing the requested & necessary documentation of the procedure.Final notice was sent AFTER they claimed to resolve it. NEVER put your trust in a Dr. who treats patients this way

She is Patient, helpful, with a great attitude. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. All excellent during my pregnancy, I had a c-section delivered, without complications or pain I felt very comfortable and well understood, even though I do not speak English very well.

I absolutely love her! She is an amazing doctor. I have been through so pretty bad things trying to have babies and she made the experiences bearable.

Dr. Jago was excellent. I was having complications with my pregnancy and she was right on it. She ran test to make sure everything was okay. Any problems I had she took care of me. I would recommend her to anyone. She is very good at her job and shows that she cares.

She was my THIRD opinion... And last! She put me at ease. She definitely knew and explained the possible outcomes. In hospital, pre-procedure, she came and gave me a big hug. First dr.. Not her... Had me thinking I had to get a huge surgery and walked out crying. I know Dr Jago will help me with a plan.
