If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Every aspect of the experience with Dr. Gilmore and her staff was amazing. The front desk is so kind - she made making an appointment and checking a breeze. The nurses assisting were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. And Dr. Gilmore - I cannot say enough. She is so personable and funny but most importantly knowledgeable and skilled! She doesn’t rush in and out- she takes the time to explain everything to you and explains treatment, procedures, and aftercare. Did not think I would be laughing and smiling during my procedure but thanks to Dr. Gilmore she made it painless and comfortable. Highly recommend! She’s the best! So very Grateful for Dr. Gilmore - She took the time to take the hard and scary out of my situation. She is so personable and makes sure you know you are not just a patient but an individual with specific needs. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her expertise.

My appointment was set for 11/22 at 10am. At 10:30 I was notified that it was going to take an additional 40 mins before I could be seen. Unacceptable at many levels! I drove well over an hour to be seen. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this practice. Further, I received a Fistulotomy well over a month ago and it’s still not healed. In fact, it’s the same as it was before the surgery. My appointment was set for 11/22 at 10am. At 10:30 I was notified that it was going to take an additional 40 mins before I could be seen. Dr Gilmore is compassionate, caring and really listens to her patients. Would rate her higher than 5 if it were possible!

Dr. Gilmore went above any doctors care we've ever experienced! Our twenty-two year old son, who has special needs, had a pilonidal cyst. We were, thankfully, referred to Dr. Gilmore, for she and her staff handled our son's issues with the upmost consideration. I was given all the support and information to be successful at managing his wound care. The doctor's goal was to help him to not get another cyst, which required a lot of time on her part. In fact there is no other surgeon who does these cysts in this marrer, because of the all the time it takes to heal properly. I just had surgery right after the 1st re-open for regular surgeries during this corona virus. Dr. Gilmore is the BEST! I called the office this morning to make an appointment... first thing girl asks is for my insurance company and id instead of my name and appt date info. I asked if I don’t have insurance I can’t make an appt? She replied with “we run insurance first” wow ok so they don’t care that you need an appointment but just wanna be sure they will get paid hmm. I gave her my insurance id and phone number as she said she would call me right back. 2 hours later still haven’t received a call back. Has patient care gone out the window? We went in to see Dr. Gilmore-Lynch seeking a second opinion for a surgical intervention. She was open to what we had to say and allowed us to speak to her without judgement. She presented as a confident surgeon who was willing and capable of helping us. It is so refreshing to speak to a surgeon who listens to the patient and values the time spent with you. I absolutely feel at ease with the staff, and my surgeon is excellent about easing my mind and following up, if I have any concerns. Appointments are easy to schedule in a timely manner, especially if you have an emergency. Calls are returned timely, as well. I see Dr. Gilmore, and have had nothing but positive experiences, at the office. Everyone is professional and courteous. I would recommend using this clinic. Dr. Gilmore and staff were very friendly and super helpful. During my hospital stay I was check on daily. At my first Follow up doctors visit I felt welcomed in the office and everything turned out great! I totally recommend Dr. Gilmore and her staff. She knows her stuff!!!

Dr. Gilmore was not our choice for a Physician, but my husband and I truly wish we had chosen her for my surgery. She’s listened to us and understood that we needed someone who understood what lupus patients go through after surgery, as far as their healing process, and The possibilities of contracting infections. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilmore to anyone seeking a surgical physician she definitely has a good head on her Shoulders and a great sense of humor to boot. She cares about patients as people, and not just $$ signs. We will be going back to her for any surgical needs in the future and I will recommend her to the rest of my family and friends.

I visited her back in April 2016 for a colonoscopy and removal of some external skin tags/hemorrhoids. She was very good at explaining everything and has great bedside manners. Recovery was a bit uncomfortable but she fore-warned me of that before the surgery. I am glad I got both procedures done and very pleased. Now, I am probably due for another colonoscopy- wish she still was at Webster location. I still may schedule an appointment with her because she's a great doctor.

It is so refreshing to find a doctor that takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers your questions. You don't feel rushed. In fact she makes you feel relaxed. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. You could not have a better doctor and she has a sense of humor too. Her and her staff are remarkable!

I love her personality great doctor been dealing with bowl incontinence for years never knew what it was she put sacral nerve stimulator in been helping less accidents she is very nice does what she can to help you.

Dr. Gilmore-Lynch is a friendly, thorough, no-nonsense physician. I don’t enjoy any doctor visit, but when it’s time to see one, seeing a doctor like Dr. Gilmore-Lynch makes a big difference.

I can't ever find the amount of words to say how impressed and just blown away I am with Dr. Gilmore and her staff. Her bedside manner is awesome Out of the many many doctors I have seen over the years I have not met one who has the quality of care and compassion such as Dr. Gilmore. She listened to me rant about my medical conditions and really and truly genuinely cared. She came up with a number of treatment options for me and set me on the path to hopefully getting better. THANK YOU Dr. Gilmore!

Dr Gilmore is very knowledgeable and it’s clear that she knows exactly what she’s doing. She related to me and spoke in words that I can understand. Her staff was able to get me in SAME DAY, they’re kind and funny. Amanda is amazing. Will continue to come here and recommend her to my friends.

Dr Gilmore-Lynch is the best in her field. I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon/rectal cancer November 2014. She was my guardian angel. I am now in remission due to her dedication. She worked side by side with Dr Meer, my oncologist. Her knowledge, compassion and she makes every patient feel special and her main priority is the best care. Her staff is very caring and dedicated. I will drive anywhere she is located because she is the best.......

Dr. Gilmore-Lynch is a consummate professional, taking care of my issue and providing excellent follow-up care. I am very pleased to recommend her.

Dr Gilmore Lynch proved to be a most skilled and caring surgeon. Her expertise as a surgeon in laparoscopic colectomy, procedure saved me. Her kind and humane demeanor made me feel safe and at peace during vulnerable times. She was a blessing to me. Her staff was always kind and responsive to my needs as a patient.

Dr. Gilmore-Lynch is great! She is a marvelous, intelligent, knowledgeable, personable physician. She was one of the "Top Docs" in Houston last year as rated by her peers. She took her time with me, answering all my questions, visiting with me a bit. I first went to her when she was at the Medical Center and was delighted to learn that she was so close to me now. I would have continued going to her for my regular colonoscopy no matter where she is; that is how good she is.

I put off this surgery for way to long. Dr. Gilmore-Lynch did a successful surgery for a friend of mine so that got me to at least meet with her. She laid out options and recovery time. She answered my questions. She has done this surgery a ton. PPH surgery recovery is very painful (2 wks for me - I had muscle spasms) but glad I had her. BUT IF HEMORRHOIDS ARE STOPPING YOU FROM LIFE, GO NOW! I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT A LONG TIME AGO! MY QUALITY OF LIFE IS 100% BETTER! She did a perfect job!

I had to have another surgery (the same procedure of removing my hemorrhoids plus a skin tag that's about 1 inch long and 0.5 in thick) today with a different surgeon to correct what she failed to do a year ago. With her, it was a VERY PAINFUL recovery. She gave me a whole bunch of medicines that hardly ever took care of the pain. A stark difference from my procedure today. I can walk around just fine and am only taking one pain relievers. Be warned of this doctor. Go to Dr. Voloyiannis instead!
