Dr. Parnell is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She doesn't sugar coat anything and is always honest with me which I very much appreciate. We need more doctors like her.

I travel a long way to see Dr Parnell because of her commitment to my care. As a long term patient, I can count on Dr Parnell to be a great listener, super attentive to my symptoms, spot-on in diagnosis. She always presents me with treatment options, then we work to what is effect and what works for me! The result has been recovery and long-term stability of my health issue. Dr Parnell has literally given me my life back - and I'm beyond grateful!!

This doctor’s beside manner is atrocious. I was with a family member during the visit, and I can personally attest to this. I have never seen a doctor treat a person with such total disrespect. The appointment she had with Dr. Parnell left my wife so upset she was physically ill for days. I have never seen my wife so emotionally disheartened over an interaction with a doctor. I have witnessed the extent of her anxiety after her visit with this doctor, shaking uncontrollably and even vomiting after her visit because this doctor was downright unprofessional and had zero empathy for what my wife was going through. As I mentioned earlier, I was in the exam room when this occurred so I can personally attest to this. I have never written a review in my life, but felt compelled to do so in this instance because I am also upset a doctor would belittle and humiliate a person the way Dr. Parnell did. I would NOT recommend doctor Kelley Parnell to anyone, even a stranger. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this doctor on other websites, so I assume I am not the only one who feels this way. I also want to say that I have seen mostly positive reviews at the office she practices at ( on their website) so I can only assume her place of employment deletes this doctor’s negative reviews. My wife submitted a review at Dr. Parnell’s place of employment and it is no longer included in the reviews.

Dr Parnell is a great Dr!

I love my appointments with Dr. Parnell. She is thorough in my exam, going over my current health, medications and generally related information. She was hearing what I was telling her and I feel safe with her medical choices for me.

She made my son, who has a bit of anxiety around Drs, very comfortable. She also explained the plan going forward and made sure we didn't have any questions before we left.

We had a great experience. My son has some anxiety with Drs., but Dr. Parnell made him feel comfortable and less anxious. She explained the process, made sure we understood what to expect, and made sure we were comfortable with that plan and didn't have any questions.

I consulted Dr. Parnell for a neurological issue and questions I was having as the result of a brain MRI, my heart failure issues and some head trauma I experienced a few months ago. She is very knowledgeable, and gave a very thorough explanation of her analysis of my medical issues. She made clear recommendations on how we should proceed.

She was very professional and fun at the same time.

Dr Parnell always listens to me and never tries to downplay what’s going on and how I feel.

Dr Parnell doesn’t just prescribe drug solutions. . I have 3 sleep disorders and she not only prescribed a rx, but also behavioral changes to implement for better sleeping.

It was very satisfactory. Immediate results in working with my insurance coverage.

Drill sergeant, useless, gruff, doesn't give scrap about the patient, does not look for alternate diagnoses. A waste of time and oxygen.

Pulls no punches which I like. Cares about her patients. Orders as many tests as it takes to figure out a patient’s problem.

Dr. Parnell is the most honest doctor I've ever had! She's extremely knowledgeable about multiple sclerosis and is always looking for the best ways to keep me healthy and continue to control my symptoms. She's quick to answer any questions I have and I feel very comfortable asking her anything. I don't ever feel like I'm "just another patient". Dr. Parnell was excellent! She listened to my history with G.S.B., gave a logical opinion of what has been happening to me, and then suggested a treatment to try. She listened when other doctors did not. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I love my neurologist so much! She is incredibly helpful and kind and most importantly wants to help and does what she can!!! I’ve had bad experiences with the physical therapy department where I was scared to give neurology a chance but I’m SO happy I gave it a shot. They are also helping me get with a very good and qualified Dr. for my other chronic illnesses especially CRPS, Fibromyalgia, etc besides my neurologist for my Epilepsy, Migraines etc. I love my neurologist so much! Doctor Parnell is very knowledgeable at what she does.

Dr. Parnell always takes time to listen and answer any questions I may have. You can tell just by talking with her that she cares about her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Parnell .

Dr Parnell is amazing! Willing to answer all my questions, reassure me about odd things that pop up, and very good with tweaking doses of medication. Appointments are very prompt but I never feel rushed. When I have called with questions I received a quick response from a nurse.

Doctor took time to listen to my concern, help me identify what was happening and changing with my migraines and reassure me about the diagnosis. I was surprised that she also thought to ask me about my children and unexpectedly helped me identify a similar issue with my children and had advice on helping them get evaluated and treated. I expected an appointment that was going to end in loads of needless expensive diagnostic exams, but I actually received the precise care and advice I was seeking. Great experience. Kelley is wonderful! She listens to me with interest. You can tell she is passionate about her work and patients. She respects your issues. Offers various solutions when you have more than one option. Highly recommended Dr. Parnell as your neurologist.

I've had seizures since I was a child. I've had my fair share of neurologists. A good one is shockingly hard to come by. After losing one I respected to retirement, I struggled to find a physician I felt truly listened, was honest, forward, up-to-date (what we know about the brain changes constantly), open to my opinions, explained things well, and truly cared about me as more than just a number on the schedule. Dr. Parnell encompasses all of those things and so much more. She doesn't have a fluffy bedside manner. She won't sugar coat things for you, but she will treat you with respect and integrity - and she will always go above and beyond. She's an out-of-the-box thinker with an honest to God desire to help. I'm pretty confident she's a puzzle lover, too. Every time she's solved a brain puzzle for me I can see a bit of satisfaction. She very nice and a caring Dr. She is there for all my needs.

While Dr. Parnell doesn't have a fluffy bedside manner, she is the most compassionate and honest neurologist I have encountered in 30 years as a neurology patient. She's an out of the box thinker, and has consistently proven her integrity. She's honest and forthcoming. She won't mask anything. She'll answer every question you have respectfully, and never make you feel silly for asking. I'm hard pressed to spend time writing reviews. She's worth reviewing.

I am an ALS patient. Kelley flat out LIED to me to get me to be her patient and then REFUSED to give me ANY TREATMENT whatsover. She refused to give me the PK Protocol which is designed for neurodegenerative diseases, Fibromyalgia, and Lyme Disease, of which I have ALL THREE but in our first meeting she said we could CERTAINLY look at the PK Protocol for me. Cannibas was just approved legally in Wisconsin and has been shown to stop the progression of ALS but she REFUSES to give me a prescrip

When I first saw Dr. Parnell I thought I was finally seeing someone who cared, took the time to listen, and wasn't solely focused on test results. Since then, I discovered a doctor with an office that doesn't return weekend pages for spinal headaches, doesn't return nurse line phone messages for days (instead of by the end of that day, as promised in the voicemail greeting), and dismissed symptoms when they don't fit a"mold".

Wonderful doctor. Cares about her patients. Takes her time with each appointment, never in a hurry. Knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend.

I saw Dr Parnell for about 6 months, and I got nowhere. She spent less than 5 minutes/visit with me, and spent the majority of that time focused on other health problems. My pleas that I was there for headaches/migraines only, and my primary doctor was taking care of the other problems, were ignored. All she did was switch medications for me and send me on my way. I also never received return phone calls from her office; I had to call multiple times before I'd get a call back

I would recommend Dr. Parnell, as she is an excellent care giver. Very knowledgeable in her profession and this translates into better clinical outcomes. She has been of great assistance and is very helpful and intent on solving clinical issues.

Excellent caregiver. Dr. Parnell is an intent listener, very detailed, and offers solutions to a health issue based on her active listening skills. Dr. Parnell also has a strong interest in following up with her patients. I would not recommend anyone else based on my positive experiences with this physician.
