Dr.Williams was great! He didn’t rush his time with me, he was very detailed oriented about my diagnosis, he gave me options to how I wanted to proceed with treatment. My first experience with the overall clinic and Dr.Williams was very good!

Dr.Williams is a very caring person/makes you feel like he cares about you as an individual-very thorough in explaining what has to be done or cld be done etc. doesn’t play the waiting game-he got the ball rolling asap. I would recommend him him in a minute.

Dr. Williams always provides excellent care. He is methodical and thorough.

Dr Williams listened as I explained my pain problem. After X-rays and MRI he explained his diagnosis and plan for surgery. After surgery Dr Williams visited, and thoroughly explained what was done and outlined a plan for continuing the healing process. At my 6 week checkup, X-rays were taken and Dr Williams patiently outlined Step 2 for strengthening the back. I am pain free thanks to Dr Williams’ expertise. I am so glad I found Dr Williams. Dr Williams is a great Dr. Explains everything so that you understand what needs to be done. For me it was neck surgery & I’m still recovering but getting there. Highly recommend him to anyone. I wouldn’t let any other Dr touch my neck but him!

Dr Williams was personable, very focused on my neck issues and gave a very thorough exam of my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. He also gave an understandable explanation of my neck X-ray/mri. Then he offered a solution which I will try.

Would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone that is in need of a orthopedic surgeon, he explains the procedures and answers all questions. Very professionally adverse in his field.

No correct communication it was just run around & waste of billing insurance for nothing because problem never solve & everything he said makes my pain worsen & I just get past back off to another doctors & I listen to how other patients are treated differently I have to find a good doctor cause I know the bad pain I’m have is very real. Dr. Kieth Williams is awesome. Takes the time to listen and did such an amazing job on my surgery. I'm so happy that I had him during the difficult time of my herniated disc pain and for my surgery. Highly recommend!!!

Office and clinical staff very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Williams was very thorough in describing my condition and treatment. Very pleased with my visit. Will definitely return.

Dr. Williams diagnosed and treated the problem I had in an efficient and effective manner. He has been very informative in my continuing care.

Dr. Williams was great. Very professional, considerate, and took the time to actually listen to my complaints so he would know exactly how I was feeling. Got in quickly, diagnosed fx Left foot. Very nice, very helpful

Very informative. Patient and really listens. Would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Williams took time to explain my injury and what would happen next. He showed concern for my recovery.

Waited over 1hour to be placed in a room. Waited another hour before being seen by the doctor. Dr. Williams was great. Very through. The low rating is due to the long wait.

It was my year out from Spinal Fusion Surgery visit. . As always, Dr Williams was extremely thorough in examining me and asking questions about how I am doing. His professionalism and concern for his patients make him my favorite physician. I have been seeing Dr Williams for my back problems over the past 18 years - I love him and would definitely recommend him to any person with back and neck problems.

He is the most dedicated & professional Dr you will find. He is also the kindest most compassionate Dr & has worked with me through really complicated issues. I trust him under any circumstances.

Very pleasant experience on my consultation with Dr. Williams.

Dr. Williams is very attentive, caring and through. He takes time to explain your condition to you and what his plan of care will be. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Williams is the best! He is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. His assistant Bonnie is gold!

I have total confidence in Dr Williams and he takes time to thoroughly explain procedures and give me time for questions. His assistants are also top notch. However, those working in the reception area (Germantown Rd location, 3rd floor) have much to learn about customer service and attitude. The woman taking my checkout paperwork eventually stuck her hand out for me to place the paper in her hand, without her ever saying a word and never once even looking up at me. I find that rude and offensive and not what I expect from a professional office. Was worried that I had stenosis like my mom (z"l), but Dr. Williams didn't think an MRI was warranted at this stage based on what he saw in the X-Ray and based on our conversation. He gave me reassurance and relief.

Dr. Keith Williams has been my surgeon since March 2020. I was very happy with him at the beginning he seem to be very personal and wanted to help. I get home from my hospital stay which was almost 4 weeks and I am paralyzed from the waist down and we need to come up with a plan because the only thing that keeps me from walking or my ankles and my foot drop. I have seen him three times and he has yet to see me walk at all and continues to go ahead with another plan. My last visit I went to see him because without his written consent I could not see the ankle surgeon to help me which I think is complete BS. I waited for him for three hours and when I confronted him because he hadn’t seen me and it was 630 at night that I was pissed and I was leaving and I’ve never been back because now they won’t let me come back and less I pay $1400 that I owe them when I only make Social Security a month right now so he is hindering me from making any progress. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He brought me back and through me in an x-ray even though I had brought an x-ray and MRI of my injury with me (gotta get that money right?!). Then he sends a resident in to get my history and physical (she was very thorough and will make a great doctor). He walks in after her and has clearly not listened to his resident at all because he has no idea what is going on and keeps getting confused by what she is saying and hasn’t even looked at my x-ray or MRI. Then he throws out a plan without listening to my opinion of said plan and sends me on my way. I go to get the procedure he recommended and the physician (reading dr. Williams note) gets my history completely wrong and has to keep saying that’s not what Dr. Williams wrote down. Apparently he didn’t listen to me either. But I get the procedure done and I’m on my way. I call to schedule a follow up with Dr. Williams and I can get in, in 2-1/2 weeks. Not ideal but no problem. I schedule my time away from work and I’m ready for my appointment. Now, 2 days before my appointment Dr.Williams office calls to cancel and says I can reschedule for same day or in another 2-1/2 weeks. Well, I can’t make same day and 2-1/2 on top of the 2-1/2 weeks I’ve already waited is unacceptable. I asked why he was canceling and he decided to schedule a surgery at the same time as my appointment. Not an emergency surgery, just a routine scheduled surgery. I don’t understand how any medical provider can survive with these practices. So, Dr. Williams if you’re reading this please retire. You don’t listen to or prioritize your patients.
