Dr. Keith D Wilkey

He was great at first. Did my hip surgery no problems. Easy to talk to.. Back surgery was good in the beginning, then I got sepsis. After a year of iv antibiotics, and got the pic line out, he became a total jerk.

Due to increasing back pain in 2018,I had to stop riding my bike. Dr. Keith Wilkey operated on my back in November 2019. The surgery went well, he and his staff were very helpful in answering my questions after the surgery. Dr. Wilkey followed up regularly to review my recovery progress. No I am able to ride my bicycle 40 or more miles. which was one of my major goals from this surgery. Thank you so much Dr. Wilkey

I thought he was going to be great. 2-3 weeks after spinal fusion surgery I found out I had contracted MRSA. 5 surgeries later I was left with a permanent disability. This was in 2007

Dr. Wilkey lets personal arrogance and disrespect for his patients, cost him the opportunity to be a doctor and professional. Dr. Wilkey diagnosed my condition "just have to live with it". I went for a 2d opinion and the gatekeeper (a PA) for an orthopedic surgeon identified the problem in 30 seconds by looking at the x-ray, confirmed it with a physical exam (something Wilkey never did) and a week later successfully treated with a 30 minute in-office procedure a week later. Do not trust him.

Doctor is very caring. Spent a lot of time with me going over my diagnosis. Showed me pictures on the computer so I can understand what was causing my pain. I could tell he really cares about his patients.

I didn't fill out any paperwork until after I saw him. So there is no way he knew about .my history,diseases,medications,allergies,fusions or anything about me. Since he didn't even touch me or ask me he never found out. Literally five minutes or less appointment & he would not bother to look at my X-rays or MRI. Don't waste your time with this arrogant jerk!! Google him and find out about his little issues in Kentucky AND in Ohio where his hospital price ledges were revoked!!
