I had a Sleeve Gastrectomy surgery by him in April 2016. He has a great personality, talks to you about your procedure, wonderful bedside manner. Really wants you to have a successful outcome. Will call back if you have issues promptly. The weight loss program at Midlands clinic is excellent. I am just so pleased with my weight loss. I wish I had done it earlier, I was 62 years old when I had it. Thank you Dr. Vollstedt.

Dr Vollstedt fixed my daughter's hernia. His bedside manner was awesome and he did a great job. The incision was very small and is hardly noticeable now.

Dr. Vollstedt performed a gastric bypass on me in Feb 2018. He not only is an amazing surgeon he is professional and has an amazing bedside manner. You will not be disappointed.

I seen Dr. Vollstedt for a Lap Nissen. I was miserable with acid reflux and esophageal spasms for nearly 2 years. I am 4 weeks post op and have had NO acid, I loved Dr. Vollstedt's bedside manner, he explained what I should expect to happen before, during and after, and he was spot on! I'm very thankful for his expertise and amazing personality! Thank You!!

Dr. Vollstedt recently performed a Nissen Fundoplication Wrap for acid reflux on me. No acid reflux since right after surgery after suffering for years. This has greatly improved my quality of life!! Dr. Vollstedt was very informative & professional!! Was very comfortable going into the surgery & am loving the results. Would highly recommend Dr. Vollstedt to anyone!!!

Dr. Vollstedt is very thorough doing the necessary testing before he commits to doing a surgical procedure. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. Best part was that he LISTENED to me. Post-op was very easy knowing what to expect and I had no pain. I would recommend him to everyone.

He exhibits a true, honest concern for his patients and I deeply appreciate his skills as a surgeon and his compassion and understanding of my health problems. I am impressed by the total program of bariatric services of the Midlands Clinic. They provide a comprehensive program of psychological, dietary counseling, surgical procedures,cosmetic dermatology and ongoing monitoring.
