I would give a 0 if it was allowed. You drop off paperwork and it never gets filled out they will wait for ur "next appointment" to do anything and then tell you well u need an appointment to fill paperwork. They dont tell you anything until you are there so if you have any paperwork that needs to be filled out for work you are going to die waiting. His nurse is rude! She will walk out if the room while you are still talking and tell you "well... thats not how things work so ok..." its a waste if time to come here. I would give a 0 if it was allowed. Dr. Ratzlaff is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered, he made the birth of our second child a total and utter disaster, badgered the mother of my child and myself about business that was none of his to be speaking on at all! If I could give no stars I would do yourself a favor and do not go through this office unless you want a very unpleasant experience. He caused my daughter to have problems right after birth and is currently in the NICU because of them due to the fact that he wanted to go home because he had just gotten back from vacation so he induced my fiance based on his schedule not based on health reasons for my fiance or my child, never once did she feel the urge to push but they essentially pulled my daughter out and forced her out causing her to have fluid in her lungs and she has been on oxygen for days now if there was a way to get his license pulled it would be well deserved do not have this man deliver your child or have anything to do with your children at all he has no heart and is very rude and disrespectful almost every single time that we have been in there even with our 6 year old. He always seems to be irritated that you're even in the office and he is very quick and unthorough with his practice, it took me a whole year or more for him to finally give me a referral for my daughter's tonsil and adenoid problem because he doesn't know what the hell he's even doing. This man is a disgrace to the Olathe Medical Center which my family has been on the board of an apart of and donated Millions to that hospital he doesn't have the right to work there! Mister R Osborne, the Lamberson's, and the Perkins are turning over in their grave right now I guarantee it. If you want someone who cares about your family and your children go elsewhere! Actually listened to what I had to say!

Family First, should be Dr. Ratzlaff’s motto as this is what your going to get with Dr. Ratzlaff & his staff. My family has been going to Dr. Ratzlaff for over a decade now. He has delivered both my children & several other of my family’s & friends children. He is highly requested that at times it’s hard to get in his busy schedule-but it’s worth it because he’s the kind of Physician who will be honest with you & provide you with options you are comfortable with. His primary focus is you & your health as his patient. He is the kind of Dr. that is humble & volunteers his services to others in need who may not be as well off. He is a family man with children. He treats other children as if they were his own. If he discovers your health concerns need another specialist, Dr. Ratzlaff will connect & provide you with a referral to only the best in the healthcare services. He is seasoned professional with numerous recognition. He is well-known & respected within the community. There was a time when I was extremely nervous that he would not be available during my second child’s due date since he was scheduled to be out of town around the same time. I don’t think he will ever admit to this, but I personally believe he pushed out his out of town schedule simply to put me at ease. I mean I was already anxious & stressed out about this particular pregnancy & Dr. Ratzlaff knew this. He made sure I & baby were taken care of as if we were a part of his family. Thank goodness it was Dr. Ratzlaff who delivered my son, because if not this delivery would have resulted in an “emergency C-section”. I am blessed & grateful to have Dr. Ratzlaff as our family’s primary physician. We see him from anything to a minor head cold, regular health wellness physical, to baby delivery. His compassion for others is demonstrated through his years of knowledge & experience. I’ve seen other doctors who are okay but lack the heart, empathy & personalized one-on-one attention every person needs when it comes to ones personal health. If you want a Dr. who is going to listen to your concerns as an individual & not a “one size/pill quick fix” fits all approach, then you need to get in to see Dr. Ratzlaff. Trust me, I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my family’s health needs. Therefore, if your looking for an experience physician who has compassion, understanding, empathy, honesty, competence, commitment, humanity—with a sense of justice, respect, optimism out of the box approach with grace then, Dr. Keith Ratzlaff is who you want! - Many blessings, happiness & good health to all that read this. He has given my life back. He is the only doctor i have tried that worked with me through my pain. I needed certain medications for pain and Anxiety and he helped me with both. I have seen him for 6 years along with my wife and kids. He treats my family like its his. Alway patient first and listens before typing. Great doctor.

They make you wait for an hour in a room just to fill a script and sometimes they forget about you all together.

Started seeing Dr. Ratzlaff for a spontaneous cerebral fluid leak in 2012. Saw him because my regular doctor wasn’t available. Very appreciative that Dr. Ratzlaff diagnosed why I was having this horrendous positional headache and advocated for me to get the treatment of the blind blood patch. I appreciate the time he took to get this headache figured out and so I switched to having him as my permanent doctor. Since then, I’ve always appreciated his thoroughness and bedside manner. Dr Ratzlaff is such a great doctor for my 89 year old mother. He listens and explains to her. He takes as much time as needed to meet with us! We never feel rushed!!! He has a great sense of humor!!!

Could not ask for better doctors and nurses!!!

Dr. Ratzlaff is not thorough. He is good at referring and collecting the office visit charge. He explains things well and is matter-of-fact, but he does not look at the whole patient, and his humor is offensive, not funny.

Dr Ratzlaff is very caring and an expert in many areas of medicine. He can cover a lot of information in a good amount of time, and his office runs on time!!! I would recommend dr Ratzlaff to my friends and family.

I don't go to the doctor often, but today I had a very painful ingrown toe nail. I called to see Dr. Phillips - my primary. He wasn't available so I made an appointment with Dr. Karty. I asked - will he be able to treat this? answer was yes. I went in - he told me that he wasn't sure if Dr. Phillips would treat this or not, so he wouldn't...he would prescribe an antibiotic and pain meds - it wasn't infected! I went home and soaked it several times and dug the darn thing out myself. Waste of a copay! He could have numbed it for me and cut it out - it was the first time I had one, and did not require surgery. I really need to find a better primary with better peers... Blah! Dr. Ratzlaff is just a bad Doctor. He doesn't care about your feelings or listening to you explain what's wrong. Terrible, terrible Doctor. Luckily I have found a great doctor in the same clinic! Dr. Melissa Lane, best doctor I've ever had. So thankful that I feel comfortable with her unlike with Ratzlaff.

Moved to Keith from another doctor I couldn't stand. Very happy in that decision.

This was only the second visit to Dr Ratzlaff, both for annual physicals, and each time the doctor was more concerned over my being healthy or already having bloodtests done elsewhere which prevented him from running up the bill. Unfortunately, this latest visit, he still managed to run up a very large bill for doing nothing more than complaining bitterly about tests being done outside his office for less money and the normal weighing, blood pressure and breast exam. He also misdiagnosed me on a hip pain (never even looked at my hip), but charged me separately for that. He may have managed to line his pocket this time (his group and the hospital, which owns them won't back down), but lost two patients (me and my daughter) in the process. Don't go to this group unless you want shoddy service from money grubbers.
