Dr. Komnick is an outstanding doctor. I didn't feel rushed, he listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam. I felt as though I finally found a doctor who understood my medical condition. I had been suffering for almost a year with no resolve - I can not explain the relief I felt with my experience with Dr. Komnick. 1 visit for 7 minutes at $479.00. When I called the head office lady told me that I had to keep coming there and there would be no discount on the charge.

Dr. Komnick performed surgery on my shoulder after a fall that broke two bones. I am very happy with him as my orthopedic surgeon and highly recommend him. His staff is very professional, helpful and friendly, in fact they make you feel like one of the family. Dr. Komnick is genuinely interested in your health, healing and is always attentive and kind.

Not enough surgical experience. You can find a better surgeon than this gentleman. Called me at 6 am the day of my surgery, asking me if I had my x-rays. He could not find them. Going through with the surgery was the biggest mistake I’ve made. Please don’t let him cut you

Everyone at your office is amazing! Dr Komnick is always so attentive and kind, and all of the nurses & everyone else makes sure that I am well taken care of! I will never go to any other orthopedic group!

He never ever ask what was my symptoms so quick to push me to another doctor and all I want is answers but he failed to realize what's going on

He doesn't care. He just told me to get PT no diagnosis or anything. Waste of my time. He didn't spend more than 5 mins to diagnose my condition. I'll start looking for another Ortho that cares.

It's been almost 3 years, 2 additional surgeries {not by komnick} weeks / months of physical therapy and my left hand is still not functional …. He operated on my forearm and cut the nerve that makes 2 of my fingers function … Pain {daily} and loss of a functioning hand continues with no hope of ever being restored …. To make matters worse, after the 1st surgery he gave no explanation and was never seen again …. He became a ghost doctor, pawning me off to someone else to pick up the pieces …. He really should NOT be operating on people and in my opinion is VERY incompetent ….. Don't let this guy touch you …..

Dr Komnick has preformed a number of surgeries on me over the past 20 years. He scoped my knee 20 years ago, perform a neuroma removal on my foot, replaced my knee this spring, and repaired a torn quad tendon in May. He is an amazing surgeon. He is however, a no nonsense guy and you cannot fool him on a treatment he thinks you don’t need. He demands a well run office that is almost always on time and extremely professional. BTW he loves golf!

this doctor couldn't have cared less for my condition and any concerns i had were quickly disregarded. waste of time

Twenty five years ago I fractured my right knee slipping on ice. Twenty three years ago I fractured my left knee falling on a driveway. Both fractures were attended to by Dr. Komnick and have been in good condition for many years. I’m glad to have his help once again for a knee injury.

Everyone of the staff was friendly and helpful. My two appointments thus far were on time. This is important to me as I have a busy work schedule. I also felt like Dr. Komnick was patient with me and not trying to rush to the next appointment.

I was referred to this practice by my internist, Dr Gaston Carrasco due to severe pain I was experiencing in my leg. When I first phoned, I spoke with Jennifer, who was great in making sure I had an appointment the next day. I saw Dr Komnick several times. After an MRI, he advised I get an epidural, which has helped significantly. The doctor was only in the room for 2 minutes and without even checking me out without even doing any tests just told me to go get an MRI that I was already prescribed to get and that any of the pain that I had was in my head because there should be nothing wrong with me he is too fast doesn't spend any time with the patients and will not listen do not go to this doctor choose anyone else in the office but do not use dr komnick. Even dealing with the VA for my injury has been an easier time which shows how incompetent Dr. Komnick is. Great doctor if you love being ignored and want to be billed for a 2 minute visit. Went to Dr Komnick for pain that was radiating down my right arm, figured there had to be a pinched nerve or a disk issue in my neck. Asked to get an MRI, Dr Komnick said ok I’ll order one but don’t think we’ll see anything!!! Turns out the MRI showed disk issues in my neck and one was bulging and pinching a nerve. What??? That’s all I needed to know about him. Either he didn’t believe the symptoms I was telling him or he’s not very good at his job!!! Broken ankle in October. 72 years old. I was happy with personality of doctor, nurses and care I received during my 4 visits.

He's is just a great doctor. Unlike other surgeons I have been to, he won't just jump to the surgical option first, he will try other less invasive treatments. He gets to the point of the problem and treats it, and he answers questions (to my satisfaction anyway) in a way that I can understand. He's respectful of time. I guess it would depend on the issue but there's no need to take a whole day off work if you go in the morning. My appointment took less than a hour and went straight to work, 3 appointments were in and out. Just know that the diagnostic process was longer than the treatment itself.
