My experience was not good or bad. I think the doctor is good at what he does...however, his bed side manners is the worst. The day of my colonoscopy...he only said good morning...and that was to everyone in the surgery area. I never saw him personally before or after. Nor did I receive a phone call with my results...it's now 3 weeks later and I PUT the call in to get my results. Glad I only need this every 10 years...not going back! Doctors need to realize WE do have options and just because someone refers you doesn't mean you have to go.

Excellent gastro doctor!

Would send anyone needing a G.I. Physician. I hope he is around when I have my next colonoscopy.

Dr. Fiman really listens to patients and clearly explains the diagnosis and potential treatments.

The doctor took his time and listened to all of my concerns. Provides detailed feedback, explaining everything to my understanding.

Dr Keith Fiman is gastroenterologist who cares about his patients. He is professional and easy to talk to. Dr Fiman listened to my questions and gave clear answers. He is careful in surgery to search for all problems and is quick to act to get additional medical tests if they are needed. I highly recommend him.

I visited Dr Fiman in preparation for a colonoscopy. He was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions thoroughly.

Probably the most personable, knowledgeable, forthright physician I’ve ever met. He presented my diagnosis and course of action extremely well. This is my initial consultation with Dr. Fiman.

Excellent bed side manner and knowledge!! Dr Fiman takes the time to explain and health concerns and best course of action! Hard to find doctors who truly care about their patients these days! Highly recommend Dr Fiman ! Although Dr Fiman is great as well as his assistant Tanisha the office personnel is very rude !! It's sad that you call in to the office to make an appointment or the business part of the office and they're not friendly at all but once you interact with Tanisha or Dr Fiman it's a totally different experience!! Most patients based on the first impression from the office staff would not return .

I found Dr. Fiman to be in my bcbstx network and so glad I did!! I would choose Dr. Fiman a million times over for a colonoscopy. His office is very thorough pre-procedure and was communicative before and after the procedure and even called to follow up few days later to see if I was doing well. Dr Fiman himself was great, thorough and easy going! I love the clinic he uses to perform his colonoscopy when it’s just a colonoscopy screening. I don’t have any pre existing conditions so it was quite simple for me. I would recommend Dr Fiman and the center again and again. I was scheduled for 745 am procedure but had to arrive at 645 am for paperwork and prep. I was done and out of there by 9 am! The actual procedure only took like 20 mins. When I woke up I stayed for a short recovery and was released with no issues. They made my anxious self very calm about everything as far as expectation, pre and post procedure. Choose him and his staff . You won’t regret it. The people at the center for the procedure are so nice too!! The nurses are very friendly. Best experience ever !! He was very professional and explained the procedure. His associates were also very nice and explained what would happen before the anesthesia took effect. I am glad nothing was wrong. Thank you!!!

He is very personal has a wealth of knowledge very informative. I have not had a Dr in a long time to take quality time to ask questions and explain details. Other Dr’s seem to be in a rush to get to the next patient! I highly recommend him!

Everyone is always professional and friendly. Doctor explains everything he is doing and answers questions in a manner that is understandable. Been seeing the doctor for almost 20 years and always had positive experiences. Recommended to my wife and she changed to him and feels he is very good too.

A friendly but very professional doctor, who listened carefully to my complaints and only interjected for further clarification when needed, then went over with me what I had earlier said; medically examined me before rendering a diagnosis and treatment.

From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable all the nurses were vey professional made the time fly by. It was my first time with Doc Fiman, I would highly recommend him and the staff.

I have total confidence in his expertise and also appreciate the fact that he is a very nice person.

No communication post op. After my procedure the Dr didn’t come speak with me. He just left pictures for the nurse to give to me.

I feel very fortunate to have met Doctor Fiman over 10 years ago when I was going through my diverticulitis issues and later confirmed by him. Thank goodness I had colon resection back then with my surgeon to take care of the situation. Since then I have had 2 colonoscopy’s and one upper GI with Doctor Fiman and have the total confidence in him to take care of my gastro needs. He’s also very straight forward and to the point which I appreciate and he listens to you. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr Fiman for a cancer screening. The procedure at the endoscopy center went extremely smoothly. The entire staff was professional and courteous from the beginning to end.

Excellent Doctor who listens and explains very well.

Dr. Fiman is an excellent doctor and very thorough in asking questions in the office visits to be sure he knows everything before deciding what to recommend. He was thorough in his explanation of the EGD procedure, explained what was found during the EGD and his recommendation going forward. This man is has no patient respect. We had patiently waited for nearly an hour after being scheduled for the " first appointment of the day" . I had asked for the first appointment as we had my mother-in-laws funeral in the afternoon but l knew we needed to schedule a colonoscopy for my chronically ill son before school started again . As "Dr. Fiman" entered the room he is scowling and doesn't even greet my son or I with any sort of pleasant way. We had only met him on Telemed and through emails , our quick " glad to see you in person " was not reciprocated by the doctor. His obvious displeasure with everyone then lit on us as he was upset that he had no information about my son in his file. I quickly went over the info but he began adding critical comments to each statement " why did you wait until then" " how could that possibly be right" " why did the doctor refer you then" " why did you go to that er?". He starts chastising me and then my chronically ill new adult tellin us that it is our responsibility to make sure he has received the files from our other doctors - it is not just enough to request in writing and then tell the appointment clerk that we are transferring from another practice. I need to specifically make sure they have all the info. Before we arrive. I then was able to get a comment in that maybe they had received them but they weren't in the file. Dr Fiman never even entertained that idea to ask his staff. He just shooed us out with an appointment for a colonscopy at his clinic and went on to the next exam. We were left standing at the appointment desk - needless to say with that treatment at an office appointment we would definitely NOT schedule a colonoscopy with the monster. Dr. Fimam, Ms. Sam, Ms. Lupe and all of the staff take excellent care of me. I'm so grateful I found such a wonderful knowledgeable doctor!!! He listens to all of my concerns and takes his time with me. I highly recommend Dr. Fiman for any digestive issues. He is the best!

Dr. Fiman is an excellent physician. He takes time to explain my condition and gives alternate recommendations for relief whenever possible. I have complete trust in Dr. Fiman.

Dr. Fiman was unbelievably rude. After being kept waiting an hour (for the first appointment of the day) we hear Dr. Fiman chastising his staff for the number of cancellations. Then he entered the exam room with an attitude of scorn. He seemed unaware of my son's history which had been sent to his office by the previous doctors, filled in online, and described over the phone when the appointment was scheduled. Dr. Fiman made his displeasure known by rudely chastising my myself and my newly adult son that it was our responsibility to make sure his staff had the needed info. I tried to explain that I had never been informed that the files had not been received by his office and he refused to ask his staff to check for them. He just kept waving an empty file folder in our faces. Dr. Fiman then became overtly critical of my sons medical history and care by making sneering remarks about each piece of information we tried to fill in for him. This man is a monster.

I think Dr. Fiman is great. He explained everything to me very clearly. He was very kind in the way he spoke to me. He understands how to speak to teens and mom's. My family is greatful that we were referred to him! He was so kind to me in the hospital. I have felt so much better after his treatment.

Dr. Fiman is a great doctor! He was recommended to me by several other people and when I met with him the first time, I quickly understood why he is so highly recommended! Dr. Fiman is Avery thorough doctor and will spend the time with you to get to the bottom of the issue. He is very patient and also listens, which is not very easy to find! Dr. Fiman may be a little dry (I personally appreciate his humor), but is an extremely intelligent doctor, so if you’re looking for someone that handles complicated issues and diseases, I highly recommend him!

I was seen on an emergency basis. Despite the busy schedule Dr. Fiman and his stuff were able to fit me in. Just had a screening colonoscopy by Dr Fiman at Physicians Endoscopy Center. The whole experience from the office visit to to the procedure itself was smooth sailing. Especially, the endoscopy center staff was awesome, from the nurses, to anesthesia, to Dr Fiman!

Dr Fiman is a wonderful Gastroenterologist. He asks all of the right questions and listens carefully to your description of your symptoms. I have had two endoscopies and one colonoscopy by Dr Fiman and he has provided me with the answers and solutions to my problems all three times. Great Dr except that he is a Red Sox fan (ha ha). I have had multiple procedures done by Dr Fiman I give high recommendations to Dr Fiman. Very smart, very personable. He and his staff are also very good about returning messages.

After 2 weeks of requesting to get the right prescription. Nurse Sam failed to deliver and refuses to send correct prescription to pharmacy. Since my prescription is not covered by my insurance per her. Regardless of my plan coverage ( which covers medication) I do deserve to get RIGHT prescription to pharmacy. She returned my call and blatantly refuses to talk to my insurance for authorization and pretty much scolded me. Horrific and below par experience to deal with. Never ever going back to this clinic. Dr.fiman is an amazing Dr. I've been with him for about 7 years and he was the first dr that didn't stop trying to figure out what was happening with me and when we got results he also got me in remission for a long time with medication that worked for me.

Dr Fiman is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. While I don't enjoy going to any doctor, Dr Fiman makes the experience easier. I recommend choosing him as your GI.

I have been going to Dr Fiman since 2006. He has always been professional and answers all of my questions. Have had two colonoscopies with another scheduled this month. I have confidence in his ability at all times. Recommend him highly.

Dr Fiman is extremely good at the care he provides and he is a fine professional to interact with as a patient. I would never go to anyone else. I have been going to him for many years and I don’t know what I will do when he retires!
