I have been a patient of Dr Dietrich and his PAs for 8 years. They are always available and I feel they always have my best interest at heart.

I absolutely love Dr. Dietrick and his team. They take the time to listen and have new and specific plans for pain management. Only issue is phone service, but they are working to resolve.

This doctor renewed my faith in medical professionals! His approach to medicine was professional and articulate. He (and his nurse practicianer) explained my condition on great detain and outlined the best path to optimal health for me.

I was referred to Dr. Dietrick by a colleague for chronic pain. His demeanor is both informative and comforting. He sets realistic expectations and seems to genuinely care about results. His staff is communicative and on point. I would and have already recommended him to others.

Been seeing Dr Dietrick for almost 2yrs. Great doctor makes you feel relaxed talks to you during the procedure. Nurse practitioner are also great. Staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Dietrick.

I feel rushed at all times when I’m there. I feel that Dr Dietrick is a fine doctor;however, it’s almost impossible to get in touch with his office No telephone call will get through. All means of communication MUST BE THROUGH TEXTING. This is not acceptable to me. Yet, I feel Dietrick is very qualified to treat pain. But, a patient is more that a text. There is much room for improvement within this practice.

I have suffered headaches for 5 years and seen many doctors. He was the first doctor to consider that the discomfort may be coming from the cervical spine. He did tests that indicated that the cervical spine may be the source. I just had a cervical radio frequency ablation on my left side and it feels like the pain is diminishing. I’m optimistic that I am seeing relief.

Dr Dietrick always hits the spot that hurts the most. He has a great bed side manner, good humored.

Great staff, very accommodating & caring. Questions answered, comfort assured, great to deal with. The only drawback was the excessive amount of time I had to wait prior to the procedure, 2.5 hours plus, just in the outside waiting room. I would suggest that the scheduling process going forward gives as much respect to the patient's time, as well as the Dr.'s time. Great staff, very accommodating & caring. The Staff is very calming and cordial, the Dr. is very professional and prompt but also makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Detrich is a wonderful dr. H always fixes the pain and has a wonderful personality. He can also be funny. The nurses are great too! No complaints at all!

I have been in pain management for over 20 years. I started seeing Doctor Dietrick approximately 5 years ago. For the 1st time in over 20 years I've actually had some relief. Dr. Dietrick and staff are the absolute best.

The Dr an Staff are all wonderful people they really care about their patients and try to help in so many ways other than saying surgery. They are fully committed to each person and treat us like someone they really want to make better so that we someday do not have to be a patient but can always be friends

I have been a patient at Comprehensive Pain Care since 1996. I started seeing Dr. Dietrich last year. I am very pleased with my treatment. Everyone at the office are very professional. They are also helpful and kind. As long as I need treatment I will be a patient.

Dr. Dietrick is wonderful. He takes the best possible care of my husband, James. Jim is a stroke patient; and Dr. Dietrick goes out of his way to work to make Jim's patient experience the best it can be. He uses telemedicine as well as office visits to help my husband. Jim has only one carotid artery and may have to have the other one cleaned out very soon. I'm very thankful we have Dr. Dietrick as Jim's doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. I have had several appts with Dr Dietrich. I love him and his staff. I have been dealing with chronic pain for over 20 years and his office, is by far, one of the best I have been to.

Great patient communication

Excellent practitioner; super nice and good sense of humor that helps to calm my anxiety. Lantana Road office staff are professional and run on time. Has another site for those that need sedation for their procedures off of State Road 7.

Always there for you. Listens to your problems and comes up with a workable plan for your issues.

Dr. Dietrick was very professional. I had procedures done at SurgiCenter and he made me feel at ease with his down to earth demeanor. Office follow-up after procedures was not great but that would not deter me from using him in the future.

Excellent...which has prompted me to refer others to him, knowing that he’ll be thorough and honest, particularly about problems which may have no medical solution other than pain relief, a problem he understands far better than most medical folks. Old story...can’t solve a problem you don’t understand...which Dr. Dietrick perseveres about. Plus, he’s a nice guy!

Visited Dr, Dietrick 3/18/21 for severe back pain. He is very thorough, caringand able to prescribe,recommend the proper treatment I need. Very happy with the treatment from staff and Dr.Dietrick.

Revised- 3/7/2019 Just do not go here! Things never get better with the staff and as a whole the practice is pitiful. They wanted me to go to another doctor in which I did. That neurosurgeon sent over their recommendations days ago by fax. I have called and left messages since- this is for a surgery! I've heard nothing. You do not matter and they just plain old suck. Pick a better doctor and go elsewhere. I've had two procedures from Doctor Dietrich and nothing worked. The best part is it doesn't matter whether you're the first patient of the day in the doctor's office or the first patient after lunch or the first patient in the surgical center- he is always late! Watching his staff the day of my surgery standing against the walls, just waiting for him proves how disrespectful he is and you're just a cash cow. Shocking they didn't come running for another chance to do another procedure on me since the fax days ago. Stay far away. He wanted me to see another neurosurgeon for recommendations which I did not and yet no respect yup that doctor either. Priceless, they are a WASTE OF TIME. They don't even respond to the doctor they recommended, their wait times in the offices are unreasonable and it's disrespectful. Previous review- I waited two hours to see the doctor for my follow up and instead saw the nurse practitioner. I have to question how things are done here being a new patient. The front desk person was positively useless for helping any of the patients who were waiting two hours to see the doctor. The office was packed and some of us just wanted to sit outside with fresh air. Dr Dietrick seems to be a good doctor but this matters too. Dr Dietrick has helped me deal with my chronic pain and avoid surgery many many times. I would recommend him to any family member or friend. He is the best.

Horrible doctor. Pill pusher. The staff is the worst...not just saying that. They are the worst. Do not ever use this doctor or his group. You will wait over an hour, everytime, and rarely see the doctor. He sends in his practioner and she knows absolutely nothing. These people are TRASH!

I was a long time patient of Dr. Dietrick and left about 4 yrs. ago to consult and be treated by another doctor. Recently I requested an appointment, needing help with a specific neurologic disorder not fully treated by many pain management doctors. Was rejected by the office, being told "no doctor in this office (there are several), treats patients who left for another doctor"!

Dr is great, staff answering phones one of the worst I've ever encountered, staff at check in look and act confused. LOVE the Dr but not worth the the mental aggravation

Dr. Dietrick took his time with me and really listened to my problems. I had constant back pain that plagued me for years. After treatment I have no pain at all and I am able to get back to living normally, and exercising like I did before.

I have been seeing Dr.Dietrick for the approx.4-5 yrs., transferring from another Pain physician. He has helped me tremendously, for all of my complicated issues. His bedside manor is great and during his office visits he demonstrates his genuine concern in treating your medical concerns.
