Hands down, Dr Keila Brown is one of the best OBGYN’s in Atlanta.

In 2012 I needed a emergency c-section. My Dr. was out of town so she was on call that day at Emory Midtown. I requested to get a tubal ligation after the c-section. I was not comfortable at all lying there listening to Dr. Brown talk about her trip while operating on me. She was rough! This was my third c-c-section so Im very aware of the difficulty. But this time was different. A couple of months after, about 4 months, I still was feeling pain in my abdomen on the left side. It got worse during my Monthly every month. I went to Grady and they noticed a lump in that area. I later found out I had Endometriosis. I never suffered from this in my life until I Dr. Brown sloppy operation! I also was told that my RIGHT TUBE WAS REMOVED! I was so upset. Why would this Doctor remove my tube? I asked for a tubal ligation! Not to remove one of them. Dr. Brown is the absolute BEST doctor I have ever had. Attentive, informative, honest, kind just AMAZING. And lets talk about this incision that barely left a scar.

I’ve always loved Dr.Brown,But she is never available and never returns calls. Looking for another doctor

Never saw the Dr. Went in for a pap smear, I told them I was spotting. Nurse said she wouldn't see me. Told the nurse I was ALWAYS spotting (that was the problem), Said she would ask. Dr refused to see me. Asked for Pain medication ( I was taking 6 times the recommended limit for Aleve), The nurse said she wouldn't prescribe anything. Never saw the Dr. Nurse asked me to take a urine test. Left me standing in the hall without telling me where to go or what to do, came back and asked if I was finished. (??!) Claimed they would get the referral I needed to me in 2-3 days. Day 5 still haven't gotten it. Came with 3 problems, Never addressed, never met the doctor. Major waste of time, yet she got paid.

Dr Brown is a amazing doctor. Her bedside manners are excellent. She is very gentle, and treats you like her own. I have had her since I was 17 years old. I’ve tried others, however they could NEVER uphold the standard of how Dr Brown is. She listens, she communicates with you, and more so as I stated she cares about you as a patient not just how most doctors care about money. I live almost a hour away and I still drive to her. She is a horrible doctor did a percedure on me and I have been in pain for 14yrs and no one want to fix it

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Brown for a women's health visit/ pap smear. She was kind, gentle bedside manner, professional, etc.
