Dr. Keely Nichole Lawson

Everything was good with the Doc until today. I get a phone call from Irma lying and saying they left several messages that was a lie! Then she claims the appointment had been cancelled 5 times which is another lie! This appointment I am at fault for because my father is ill and I had to fly out; the appointment slipped my mind! The last time I spoke with Irma she told me it didn’t make since to do the procedure until she received word from the insurance company, obviously she didn’t do as she said she would! I asked her and she avoids the question. I’ve had no issues with Dr. Lawson but when I’m lied on about something the “office manager Irma” and myself agreed on don’t call and threaten me saying the doctor won’t be seeing me again. Dr. Lawson and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist!

My three teenagers are patients of Dr. Lawson. They are very particular on how they are treated. She explains all of their treatments and put them at ease throughout their experiences. I set early appointments during the school year which allows them to still arrive at school early to get their lessons. Nice atmosphere and seen promptly. The Absolute BEST Dentist I have EVER been to in my 42 years of Living. Very Professional and the Staff was Courteous as well. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs Extraordinary Dental work done. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the Best I would give this establishment a 20❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

DON'T bother probably end up being sued if you ask wrong questions.

GREAT as long as you open your mouth and wallet and adhere to Dr. Lawson procedure and process of billing and filing claims. OTHERWISE BEWARE if you ask questions and request information about procedures or codes or billing or filing of claims. Any of above mentioned in my opinion MIGHT bring about a demand letter from Dr. Lawson offfice or attorney on behalf of Dr. Lawson office. At least that has been my PERSONAL experience. HOWEVER I'm still hopeful if ALL parties openly bring documents and evidence to be viewed and questions answered. ALL parties will SEE it was simply a misunderstanding and corrections and adjustments be made accordingly. After all almost ANYTHING is possible if open honest communication is allowed. Initial visit was GREAT until it came time for billing and following agreement of method of payment or perceived agreement from my end verdict still out as to comparing my documented proof of agreement with a response from Dr. Lawson documented proof to confirm OR refute my understanding of our agreement. Instead we were gicen demand letter from Dr. Lawson office to atop trying to get answer and information requested to determine if we were in compliance with our insurance as in network paying clients of Cigna. Still hopeful if Cigna Dr. Lawson and us present documents with open questions we can CLEARLY determine if any adjustments should be made by either party. Kinda hard to do when you been demanded to NOT communicate

GREAT as long as I open my mouth and wallet and didn't voice any concerns about procedures billing or filing of claims. The moment I questioned or asked for information as it relates to our insurance policy and procedure as ain networt client. Things have been at a rapid decent headed for fatal crash. Unless Dr. Lawson office remove the threat of taking me to court for posting my personal experience from my perspective and following my insurance consumers right to KNOW and agree to WHAT and how and WHEN you want things done. Within policy guidelines of course. Problem is SEEMS as though Dr. Lawson is NOT willing to be questioned or provide proof as requested as to her compliance to policy and procedure. As a paying client thats simple unacceptable for me personally and in my OPINION bad professional medical provider stance.

Dr. Lawson and staff are FANTASTIC!!! I was in pain when I made a visit and was still able to laugh the whole time LOL!!!! VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Looking forward to my follow-up visit with them.

Dr. LAWSON has been my dentist for years. She has always maintained the highest levels of professionalism and care. Her staff have been outstanding to me. Irma the front office staff has been a jewel. My hygienist Matthew is awesome. I cannot even think about leaving her care. I hope she out lives me. Ms. Terri

My five year old needed to have two teeth pulled because her baby teeth didn’t fall out like they were supposed to. Dr Lawson talked to her and helped her to feel so confident she went into the procedure and was brave enough to get it done. This is a kid that won’t get a shot and doctor Lawson got the job done without a problem with my five year old participating willingly! I highly recommend her! This office is very clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr.Keeley is very,very nice , very pleasant greet you with a big hello and smile and makes you comfortable with your needs. My experience with Dr. Keely was amazing, herself and the staff are as friendly and comforting as can be. I moved back to TX recently and will definitely be using her services again. I refer everyone I know to her office even though I haven't been in a while. The dental work I had done, other dentist said I couldn't get done and she was able to fix my issue and give me a perfect smile. I love how concerned she is about the healthiness of your teeth and how detailed oriented she is so that the patient is understanding. ALL THUMBS UP!! Very professional and courteous. The staff was very thorough in explaining what I needed and my teeth were gleaming when I left! I love my new dentist!

Despite being a 21 year police officer I am afraid of dentist. I have always dreaded dental appointments. That remained true until I met Dr Keely. Dr Keely is awesome. She has great patient physician rapport. Best dentist ever

Dr Lawson is the only Dentist I ever want to go see. It does not matter how long between visits Dr Lawson and Her staff always remember me and treat me like a close friend and not just a patient. The care Dr Lawson and Her staff show each and every time I visit make going to the Dentist a pleasurable experience. And that's not something that can be said very often.
