My first appointment was very thorough and not rushed. Dr. Shaw is very nice and her staff say what they are going to do; not just say and don't do. She addressed everything I wanted to talk about and everything that needed to be discussed as well.

I went to see Dr. Shah Patel today for my first visit, and it was an awesome experience! Her team, Cynthia and Maria Conchita, were also warm and friendly and provided excellent service!. I had a list of questions and concerns, and Dr, Patel took the time to address and explain everything thoroughly. And they made me feel right at home. They are also very thorough with follow-up emails and providing helpful information. Overall, I am happy that I found Dr. Patel and will be using them for all of my primary care needs. I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a primary care physician that offers "Next Level Service"!

I saw Dr. Patel for the first time on 2-28-22. I was very impressed with how she wanted to know about my medical history and how she proceeded to schedule the tests that she thought I needed. She is very interested in your health and I highly recommend her.

First of all, the process of setting up the appointment, sending paperwork and lab orders, sending reminders before and on the day of the actual appointment was seamless, thanks to Cynthia, the lead Medical Assistant at the practice. It is a very responsive practice, which I appreciate. Regarding the actual visit, Dr. Shah Patel took the time to patiently discuss everything during the visit - medical history, labs, and shared the scientific basis of some results which satisfied the research side of my brain! I have rarely had such an insightful discussion with a PCP before! She shared other supplemental ways to manage a condition along with medication, which greatly appealed to me. I also enjoyed reading the several helpful handouts she shared with me after the visit. Dr. Shah has a pleasant personality that made the visit very conversational and motivational. A primary care physician's support and encouragement are key to improving one's health, and I found that in my visit with Dr. Shah more than I have found at any other physician practice. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to write one for Dr. Shah and recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician!

Everything about this office is excellent! Cynthia ensures all the paperwork, insurance verification and appointment is verified well in advance, sends all the necessary paperwork for the lab work via email and straight to Quest (which is awesome and very convenient compared to other offices). They took us in earlier than the scheduled appointment and Dr. Shah-Patel is wonderful! She explained everything step-by-step, ordered labs, and scheduled the follow-up. Great experience - Would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. I have only seen her for a few months but she treats me like a lifetime patient. She personally replies to my emails, listens to my concerns and adjust treatment when necessary. Her medical assistant, Cynthia, is just as great and helpful. Dr Patel is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is caring, patient, knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen. She treats me with a well rounded scope of care, rather than just treating symptoms. She also sends out health observance emails to educate on diseases, prevention and healthy living guidelines. I’ve shared these with my family and they have been impressed too! Her office staff are always very kind with any questions I have and very prompt on sending me information or calling me back. I wish I had found Dr Patel when I moved here four years ago. I am so happy with her! Some doctors I’ve had make an instant assumption when they walked in the room and didn’t really listen to what I said. She took the time to listen to me and didn’t just classify me under some general diagnosis. Her staff are very friendly and responsive. Dr Patel is also very friendly and attentive. Dr. Shah Patel has been my doctor for many years. She is an excellent physician... one of the best I know. She is very knowledgeable and seems to always be on top of the latest medical information and newest breakthroughs in healthcare. My mother is a patient of DR. Sha-Patel. We are so absolutely satisfied with the care and personal attention given by her and her staff!! Dr. Shah's assistant, Angelica is the best!! She and Dr. Shah were instrumental in helping my mom get new carpet to help her breathing condition. Angelica worked non stop for us! Dr. Shah has been a godsend for us!!! I recommend her to all my mom's friends!!!

Been to Dr Shah Patel a couple of times and I'm really impressed with her and her office staff. Getting a schedule is easy and wait time is quick unlike other doctors. She is very intelligent and she actively listens to you and goes the extra mile to address your medical problems. I recommended her to some relatives and a couple of co workers looking for a good primary care doctor.

I just love Dr Patel and her office staff. They treated me with so much respect, and made me feel important when I just wasn't feeling well. The receptionist was able to fit me in w/o a problem. Dr Patel is an amazing person all around, she answered all my questions. She truly has been the best doctor I have ever been treated by. She takes her time to hear me and figure out what it was that was making me sick. I would recommend any and everyone to her. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Patel has been my doctor now for many years and I could not be more pleased with her services. She treats her patients with the utmost professional care and her bedside manners are impeccable.
