Website said taking new patients....wrong. they only do tele.med with existing patient....see no one in the office....

I found her to be very condescending. She did not have my best interests at heart. She presents as very mousy and sweet but she is far from it. She may have some folks fooled, but not me!

Very good at explaining what the issue is

Our family has found the level of care from Dr. Hess, and her nurse practitioner Sam, to be outstanding. They both take the time to carefully listen to your issues, are not reluctant to order appropriate tests or make specialist referrals, and are quick with results. Scheduling has never been a problem, with appointments rarely longer than 2-3 days out. World-standard care in a comfortable, clean and caring setting.

Dr. Hess and her staff are very knowledgeable and care for their patients from both a medical and a personal perspective in a 360 degree approach from life coaching, to medicinal prescription, to health insurance concerns to give a complete medial care service catered to the patient - not the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Hess and her staff.

I enjoyed my experience in the office. The staff was helpful and efficient, Dr. Hess was thorough and listened carefully. She answered my questions and provided handouts about my diagnosis. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They respected my time and my privacy. I highly recommend Hess Clinic and the staff!
