She did a great job of examining me and establishing a baseline for my retinas. I am diabetic type2. She was patient, spent time explaining things about my eyes and vision. Her script was on the money. My family will now be seeing her for their vision needs.

Most people are not a fan of going to an optometrist. It ranks up there with dentist (not as painful) the regular dr, and the DMV. To my 10 year old son however, it may as well be me sentencing him to hard time in Shawshank. One experience with dilated eyes when he was younger and he has forever been scarred of the eye doctor. Until this most recent visit. Nothing really out of the ordinary just really caring and efficient staff and the fantastic option for retinal imaging. The shining gem of all this though had to be Dr. Pham. She immediately put my kiddo at ease and has an extremely professional yet disarming technique that had us both laughing. To a parent, getting your kid to laugh at any dr is a huge plus cause it’s one less thing you have to dread dragging them to. Did I mention all this was happening during the first few days of the COVID19 quarantine? And they still were on time and no one seemed rushed or impatient. Thank you everyone EyeTrends.
