Ms. Kathryn Ann Weingardt

I began seeing Kathryn after the sudden loss of my son. She helped me navigate through the grief and the existential crisis that came along with it. She has helped me understand myself better than I ever have and gain clarity on what I want in my life going forward. Kathryn has been instrumental in my grief journey and helped me come out on the other side in the healthiest, happiest way possible.

Kathy has been such a comforting and powerful ally for me over this past year. She listens intently to my, what I affectionately call ‘word vomit’, provides helpful feedback and gives me the confidence to come to my own conclusions. Kathy has supported me through numerous career/job changes, family challenges, a miscarriage and so much more with such grace and care. I am incredibly grateful to have Kathy as my therapist and my friend.

I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone. I saw her for a year and a half for PTSD and I am much better for it. When I started seeing her I was a very angry person. I am much calmer now and my husband has noticed the difference in me. She zeroed in with key words that helped me simplify my feelings and guided me to work on specific emotions at the right time for me. I never had to wait for her to see me and she was always professional. If my new insurance had her on their list of providers I would certainly continue to see her.

I found my sessions with Kathy to be very helpful. I started going to therapy because I was very depressed due to being involved in some difficult relationships. Kathy helped me work on some strategies to be happier. My friends and family have noticed a positive difference in my behavior. I'm much better at setting boundaries and focusing on myself since going to therapy with Kathy.

She was very helpful and caring. I felt safe with her.
