I have been going to Dr. Chenault for years! She is great!!!!!

In July of 2021, my wife reluctantly underwent the ocravis infusion. She had a terrible response, it caused her to have a heart attack and they never would return our calls or check on her status. Terrible place to go.

I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get someone to answer the phone. I've called multiple times to get an appointment since they've opened two hours ago and was hung up on multiple times! This is ridiculous that I'm 8 months pregnant with terrible migraines and cannot be seen by MY own doctor due to the staff literally picking up the phone and hanging up. Especially when the hospital is telling me to contact my neurologist and I can't get in touch with anyone!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get someone to answer the phone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breann is amazing and nade me feel like I mattered and took her time with the visit. Two thumbs way up.

I love the office staff. They go the extra mile. Helping me get the needed paperwork filed. Sometimes I get a anxious before an appointment. It sounds crazy but no matter how many times I write my appointment down, I can’t find it. They reassure me about dates and times. They treat me with respect and act like it is normal, for someone to act the way I act, Thank you guys for making me feel that I’m special and perfectly normal. I love the office staff. Worst experience of dealing with a specialist. Horrible bedside manner and ethics also doesn’t believe anything you say and is belittling. The office isn’t any better they expect you to do their job! I would email them and let them know how I feel but their is no email to contact them. I think she’s either burned out or just doesn’t care.

She is so compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I've been with her for several years and highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.

She really takes her time to listen to everything and works with you to find the best solution. She is nice, friendly, kind, and funny. You will not regret allowing her to be your doctor!

I have been with this clinic for almost 10 years off and on (depending on insurance). She and her nurse practitioner are both extremely sympathetic to migraines as they both have experienced them. Amazing (all of them)!!!! They not only see my son; they now deal with my Uncle with dementia. They are very caring and take the time to work with you. Never rush rush and will sit and answer all your questions and worries.

Dr Chenault is a very professional and caring neurologist. The NP is also very knowledgeable and thorough. However, the office staff was rude and did not provide the patient with specific instructions prior to a procedure. The procedure was cancelled as a result and the office staff was responsible for rescheduling. When informed of that, she argued and finally agreed to help but hung up on the patient, although the patient was cooperative throughout the entire conversati.

I saw Dr. Chenault twice in the past few months. I went to see her based on recommendation from another patient of hers. After months of having severe symptoms that were above and beyond the fibromyalgia symptoms I’ve experienced for years, I was searching for answers. The first appointment involved bloodwork and some time with her. I brought a recent MRI of my brain with me to this appointment. The second and LAST appointment I had was so upsetting! She couldn’t remember if she had seen an MRI of my brain, and basically told me I didn’t need a neurologist, but rather needed to see a counselor. She did not attempt to investigate any of my symptoms to try to find the cause beyond some bloodwork. She pretty much dismissed me and made me feel hopeless. I asked her what I should do/who I should see....she suggested a rheumatologist. The bloodwork she DID did not indicate issues that would send me to a rheumatologist. Being told to go see a counselor for physical and very real symptoms was so demoralizing and discouraging. I left in tears. And found another neurologist who has immediately begun ordering testing to determine if I have MS, and is having me tested for Lyme disease. I saw Dr. Chenault twice in the past few months. As a former patient I've never had a doctor so engaged with me. Started going to her immediately after a different doctor had given me the 100% certainty I had MS. She explained everything from A-Z about the disease and what to do and expect. Got me on meds best suited for me. It has been nearly 15 years and can say that I had only 2 bad flare ups that required hospital visit for steroid treatment. Helped me with my disability process since I could no longer do what I went to school for. So 15 years later I'm still active and kept myself out of any walking aids along with my MS in remission. Dr. Chenault and Nurse Kim are wonderful, kindhearted and professional. She was my second opinion once diagnosed (MS) and soon became my neurologist. All the staff make you feel comfortable and at ease during difficult times dealing with MS. I would highly recommend them and want to say thanks for all they have helped me with.

She is a great doctor! Her nurse practitioner, Brenna Fitzgerald, is great too! I wouldn't see anyone else for my Multiple Sclerosis.

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Chenault, and after weeks of phone tag and waiting, no response and no contact, I was finally told that she, does not, in fact, accept Medicaid. Considering it is what is advertised here, I do believe an update is in order.

Dr. Chenault may be an excellent physician. I would not know. The office staff is horrible. Good luck on getting past the front door. If they make a mistake, I guarantee you Dr. Chenault will not know. And they are very rude.

She was great. Answered all my questions. She actually listened to me and my concerns.

I've been going to Dr. Chenault for years, she's absolutely the best. She always takes as much time as needed to address all my problems and/or questions. She was the only Doctor able to get my migraine suffering under control after years of problems. Highly recommend her if in need of a brilliant neurologist.

She always listens, she is very compassionate to my condition and understands how to explain things to me so I can too.. She doesn't make you set there for 2 hours then only take 5 minutes with you! I really like her!!
