Where to start? I had been to several doctors about a medical condition. The doctors would treat me but never got to the bottom of why it kept coming back. She investigated, found the reason, and sent me to the right specialist. She works Urgent Care, but followed thru with me. Highly recommend.

I've seen Dr. Chartrand in the past and can genuinely say that she's amazing! She listens carefully, makes me feel comfortable so that I can be open, and selects the best treatment. I trust her medical judgement and would definitely see her again!

I’m being generous by giving Dr. K. Chartrand one star. The treatment I received when I took my 3 week old baby in was belittling and degrading. She ask who baby daddy was?? Really? Told me my milk was probably no good and didn’t even examine her. Didn’t even notice she was jaundice, I could go on but basically acted like I was an inconvenience. I must say everyone else was nice. I hope never to have to go to the urgent care again, for fear I would see her! By the way Dr. I have a Masters/ BCBA

I’ve seen Dr. Chartrand a couple times now over the years at the Olathe Urgent Care. She has been wonderfully caring and attentive. She has a great bedside manner and has helped me appropriately (prescription/diagnosis) each time.

This doctor may be kind, but very careless. She prescribed medication that nearly killed me, as she had prescribed an overdose. She consistently misdiagnosed. She cross contaminated a swab with staphylococcus infection. If you want a person who is simply nice to you, see her. If you value your health, don't.

Dr. Chartrand put me on amphetamines at 12 years old. My parents were not aware that she exposed me to a very strong narcotic at such a young age. Turns out I do not even have ADD. Do not take your kid to this doctor.
