Wishing all medical personnel with whom I've had an experience had both the professional expertise and personal authenticity Bates shares with her clients. I consider myself just plain lucky to have found her as my cardiologist.

Dr Bates is very good at what she does I really like her wouldn't trade her for nothing

Dr Bates is very thorough and she makes you feel very comfortable. She is a no nonsense Dr but she also has compassion.

Extremely personable. Made a point to discuss with me the plan of care did not just order things. I like that. I like to have a Dr who treats me as part of my healthcare team.

Seen on time, staff friendly and efficient

Fully satisfied with service and care. Only wish waiting room not so crowded. Ah!!! today I found the waiting room pleasantly sparce and chairs nicely separated. Dr. Bates is the BEST!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Bates. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, and the kindness, and efficiently of her staff. Dr. Bates patiently listened to my reason for the visit, asked meaningful questions that helped me to know that she was paying attention to me. A Dr. Bates is very personable, very Intelligent and an excellent listener. She is an excellent role model I would only hope that all physicians would be like her.

Excellent. She is concise easy to understand and clear with the goals.

Dr. Bates is thorough and listens. She doesn't discount your concerns. She's great.

Dr Bates actually listens and has a conversation with you. She makes suggestions and discusses options with you. Thank you for showing compassion and caring to patients.

If there were more proactive/preventative physicians like Dr Bates, noalpractice ins. wouldn't be needed.

I think she loves what she does. Enthusiasm, honesty, personal, knowledgeable. Gives me confidence and trust in her opinions.

Very efficient office, wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly and Dr Bates was very nice. She went over everything with me and we agreed on treatment going forward. Very impressed.
