I felt like I have new friends! I have never experienced a dental office with such caring, kind, & professional people. I have a hard time believing the previous review, because from beginning they made sure I was informed about my insurance. They are out of network, but they told me before I spent a dime. I did have a balance after insurance, but I was prepared thanks to the ladies in the office. Dr Nichols & her staff explained EVERYTHING to me during the procedure too. So thankful for them!

The service was okay. I had to return to have touchups done. I still have trouble with the shape and pain of the fillings. After they spoke with my insurance, I was told my insurance would cover 50% of my total, but after the work was performed, my insurance covered 20% leaving me with a huge bill. They wouldn't work with me on the remaining total and made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't understand my insurance would not cover the procedures.

Excellent with a capital E

Better dentist practice than the cosmetic dentist I went to in a much larger city. The clinic is efficient, with really knowledgeable hygienists, responsible x-ray usage, and of course a great dentist. I have no complaints.
