Dr. Gordon is always great. She never rushes me. Is very thorough. The only time I have had to see her PA, is when they have given me a sick appointment. I do not care for the office staff at all. Not very competent

I absolutely love this doctor! I have been going to her for at least 20 years. She always listens and does her best and that is all anyone can ask for. She is very informed, educated and compassionate. She really cares about her patients!

Dr Kathleen Gordon doesn't return calls, personally speak to her patients, pushes them off to her PA. She's PCP for my wife who called the answering service Sat morn asking for a return call from Dr Gordon. No call. Called again Sat night, No return call. Called again Sunday morn, complained to the answering service she never heard back from Dr Gordon or her PA. Finally got a return call Sunday afternoon from PA (not Dr Gordon). PA "Stephanie" (rudely) stated she always returns her calls promptly (BS). PA returned call 1.5 days later. Wife went to ER on Sat, has pneumonia. ER Dr prescribed meds, said follow up with PCP if not better. Called DR Gordon for visit, no appts available, has to see PA instead. And not TODAY.... Several days out! Wife says she wants to see her PCP (Dr. Gordon), not a PA. Receptionist said, Dr Gordon says "if she feels that bad, tell her to go to the hospital' WHAT??? What PCP does this?? And no sick visits when you really need your Dr.??? I would give 0 stars

Love Dr Gordon she's understanding takes time with you , always fits you in her schedule been with her for 20 years.

Dr. Gordon is a excellent Dr., she always care for her patient, her staff are 5 star.

Cancelled my appointment without telling me. I drove there to find out it was cancelled after they called the day before to confirm.

The office staff is not helpful at all nor are the doctors or medical assistants. Constantly put on hold, mixed up appointments, no call backs with results from tests. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr. Gordon always knows what’s wrong with you from the minute She sees you in her office. She’s professional and kind and always has a smile on her face and she laughs along with you. And she always knows how to treat the problem You are feeling or are having. A very great doctor! I would not be alive today if was not for Dr, Gordon. She’s just wonderful!!

Same thing here! My 90 year old mother has this Doctor. The Doctor is very nice but her staff is lacking efficiency. No one ever answers the phone. You have leave a voice mail message and your call is not returned for days.

Would give zero stars if I could. When you call the office, the only live person that speaks with you is the receptionist. She always directs you to Dr Gordon's PA. The PA never answers her line, and a voice message must be left. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner. Referrals are not sent on time. My 92 year old mother has had to reschedule appointments with specialists many times because of this. This lack of communication was brought to Dr Gordon's attention at my mom's last visit. II change my review to a 5, seriously, Dr Gordon is a great doctor, and my first review was based off reception, which is not really what this review is for. Dr Gordon takes the time to listen, goes over options, and puts you on a path to get well, sometimes the path will change, sometimes it won't, some of it is me, I hate meds, and i can be a mule sometimes. so, i need to be pushed and she helps with that. Reception could use some work for when calling in, but that is always a work in progress. I have been a patient of Dr Gordon for several years . I love coming to the office as the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. As a person in the medical field I understand that often you may have to leave a message with doctor offices but I always receive a promt return phone call. Dr Gordon is a very skilled diagnostician which gives me a sense of ease as a patient. She has immense compassion as a physician. My two daughters also began going to her as well as my sister and her daughter. I highly recommend her as a physician. I have been a patient of Dr Gordon for several years . Don't bother contacting. I tried to call and see if they would take new clients after calling back a few days later when noone returned my first call, I was put on hold twice. Then I was asked about my birthdate, insurance, name and number again, put on hold, still don't know if they would take a new patient. Put on hold a second time, after about 10 minutes of this I finally hung up to find someone who might give two cents. I am pretty easy going, no big health iss.just trying to find Dr.

Dr. Gordon has been my PCP for years and has never rushed me through an appointment! She is very caring, patient and compassionate! Her staff is wonderful and attentive as well!
