Dr Alm is so WONDERFUL!!! She is so thorough and truly cares for her patients. She takes her time with you and really listens and explains everything in detail!! The entire office staff from checking in at the front desk with the girls to her nurse are so kind and caring!!! I just can’t give enough PRAISE to Dr Alm and her staff!!!

Very great appointment but had to come back on the 28th of Dec for my PROLIA shot cause was not there on my visit. But no harm got it on the 29th of Dec. 28,2022 at 2:00pm very pleased with visit.

I'm very lucky to have found her. I honestly left my first visit feeling like she was going to change my life. She provided knowledge about my condition no one had ever informed me of and I was diagnosed 20 years ago! I've already noticed a change in myself based on the plan of care she provided. Dr. Alm provides excellent care....listens to you and provides information in a way that I can understand. Her staff is well organized and extremely professional as well, all around great experience every time I go!!

I absolutely love this office! The front office staff is beyond wonderful. She helped me with paperwork, was great at giving me directions to the office since I didn’t know where it was and she was super friendly. Dr. Alm was amazing! Dr Alm, Her patient and Doctor experience is absolutely wonderful. Her approach was compassionate and she explained everything to me in a caring and professional manner. Dr. Alm is amazing! She spent so much time with me explaining my Thyroid issues. She was never hurried and treated me like an equal. She looked me directly in the eye and listened to all of my concerns. I definitely recommend her to anyone with thyroid issues.

Listens and helps provide options. She actually caught an issue with my thyroid that my regular physician missed. And, she did it by just taking one look at me, and seeing how my skin, hair, and other visible signs were presenting. Dr. Kathleen Alm has been my endocrinologist for 12 years. I have received excellent care under her guidance. Office visits are always on time and professional.

I love Dr. Alm! She has the best bedside manner you could possibly imagine and so personable! The front staff is so friendly and helpful! If you’re looking for an endocrinologist I highly recommend Dr. Alm and Staff at Centerpoint!

Dr. Alm and the staff are all outstanding. Dr. Alm takes time to explain my test results and always makes sure I understand my treatment options. She has even made suggestions that helped me save money on my prescriptions. She is the very best of the best.

After months of waiting I was finally able to meet Dr Alm, and it was worth the wait. Dr. Alm was both knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to help me get on a course to lowering my blood sugar level while answering all of my questions. She is easy to converse with and took all the time I needed to communicate clearly what I needed to do. I left her office with a plan of action that made me hopeful. I have been a patient of Dr. Alms, for several years. I hold her with the highest regard professionally. She is pleasant, and in my opinion interested in serving her patients needs. I've had the opportunity to go to another provider, but have declined. I trust her and her interest in her patients.

Dr. Alm is an outstanding endocrinologist. Very competent. Very patient oriented. And, a very good person.

Love, love, love Dr. Alm. I've been going to her for years and she's one of the best doctors I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). I'm bereft she's retiring, but I wish her the best!

Dr. Kathleen Alm is no longer seeing patients. She retired 3/3/18.

I visited Dr Alm many times over the years and always left with a solution for continuing health and feeling positive about my progress, She treated the "whole" person and I went home more cheerful.. As for the office. Could someone fix that chipped green paint under the window in Dr Alm's examining room. It's been there since I started visiting there. her. :) Recommendation is N/A as she is retiring.

I have been under the supervision of Dr. Alm for about 15 years and was always so happy meeting with her. She has always showed such professionalism and good customer service to me. I will miss her knowledge and understanding when she retires. But certainly understand and wish her the very best.

The office and facilities are always clean and neat, just what you expect in a medical setting. Dr Alm is always kind but direct about medical care and expectations. Dr. Alm is a wonderful physician. I had her 20 some years ago, and she got me through my Graves' disease. Unfortunately she was out of our network, and referred me to another Doctor. To my surprise after all these years he went out of our network. Dr. Alm was back in our network. What a blessing for me., she is caring and so easy to talk with. I have now had one appointment with her and I am looking forward for many more. I highly recommend Dr. Alm as a rheumatologist.!

She has been my endocrinologist for 24 years and I would be hard pressed to find any doctor who would qualify to be a better doctor than she is. She comes with my highest recommendation.

Dr. Alm is such sweet and nice Dr. She makes me feel important when I am there and listens to all I have to say about my health. She keeps a good eye on my health and even tho I just go once a year, she remembers things pertaining to my personal issues.. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest her for your care.
