If you love your kids don’t go there! We were seeing doctor Olejniczak since my first child was born /2019/ and everything was fine till the day she got sick. I called many times to ask if she can see us but they send me straight to ER because they don’t want kids with fever in the office. What kind of doctor is that ?????

Just called to make an appointment right before 6pm since there’s no working hours posted. I got put on hold by answering service without a question immediately for over 5min just to be told to call back tomorrow morning. Also, I went there with my sister once for my nephew’s vaccines and overheard the front desk lady explaining to the patient over the phone to go the ER. Being a nurse I know very well it’s not a conversation that a non-medical front desk personnel should have with a very sick patient. Have been calling since 11am in the morning and the receptionist promised that the doctor was gonna call me back..but she never called..me..Now its 5;30pm they are closed!!..Was Kept On Hold for almost an hour..The receptionist is also very rude!!

Rude receptionists , take forever to call you back .

She is the worst doctor she did not answer phone calls for 3 days and that is crazy

A seemingly competent physician, with decent bedside manner, she is handicapped in the extreme by an indifferent and at times impolite office staff. How unfortunate that a caregiver like her gets so many negative reviews based not on her medicine, but the lack of basic care or competency in her front office. We will not be returning.

Huge turnoff. Did not return my phone call for 5.5 hour, so I called again. I was assured that will call back in few hours (after closing, odd). Failed to do that. I called next day, I was kept on the phone for 22 minutes. At the end, it turns out, noone in her office knows anything. They do not take peoples' health seriously. Very good service. Doc Olejniczak is a very nice and kind person. She gave me a couple of good advice during my visit. She called me with my blood tests results and explained everything. I totally recomend her and will share my experience with my friends.

Don't bring any newborn kids to her. She seems very unprofessional, like she don't care. We brought our kid to her for his first 3 years and now seven year later we found out that she didn't discover something very simple and our kid needed a surgery. Glad we changed he back then. Agree by the service we received.

She refused to provide lab order (some blood work, nothing sophisticated or expensive) for my son even if the tests are covered by the insurance and don't need insurance approval. She is NOT focused on patient!!! P.S. My son has three therapies (developmental, speech, occupational), scheduled visit with neurologist, and medical diagnosis also already scheduled. Very bad service. We are trying to get my husband's test results for two weeks now, every time we call she extremely busy and she can't find few minutes to talk. Don't bother to go there if you have a health problem it's not worth it.

Unbelievably difficult to get a hold of someone in the office. Every time you call you are on hold for over 20 min and a lot of times you are just getting a busy tone. If you have an emergency don't bother calling this doctor ????

I would recommend this doctor because she always listens to you and knows what you need. 100% professional. The doctor is also very nice to you and is never rude.
