Dr. Irra is the worst pediatric I have ever encountered. This individual could care less for the health of your child, always rushing through appointments to jump to the next patient in line. This office went as far as dropping my child off their patient list with no notice ever being mailed to me and we were always respectful and never had any confrontation with the DR or his staff. My advice if you care about your child’s health and well being, go to another physician!

Brought our son for a sports physical. We have insurance. They did not bill us at the time the services were rendered for whatever reason. They claim to have sent us invoices for the services at a later time, but we never received them. We only became aware of owing them any money when a collection agency called us. I am appalled, we specifically seeked his practice out so my babies did not have to be subjected to this Covid nonsense. Over the phone we were embraced With our concerns. Which was masking of my children, Being tested every time they were sick, and our religious exemption for vaccinations. I went in for my two month old twins wellness check up and was told verbatim they are denying us medical treatment because I will not mask my two-year-old. Who wouldn't put the mask on properly to begin With. I have called the local congressman and the governors office. I will continue to do so every single day. What a disgrace. Maybe the ladies behind the counter should hit up the treadmill instead of sitting there with their masks on thinking it's protecting them from The big scary virus. Nobody was sick on this visit. The Doctor here really didn’t listen to anything we had to say about our child’s symptoms and jumped to a rather extreme diagnosis based on symptoms our daughter wasn’t even exhibiting. On top of that he has the bed side manner of a prison warden. I do not recommend.

I brought my son here once and I switched doctors after the first visit. The nurses kept calling my son by the wrong name repeatedly even after being corrected. They would not explain things to me, I kept having to ask ‘what are you doing this or that for?’ They did not ask any ‘well child’ question like normal doctors do but proceeded to write their own answers on the discharge paper. The doctor we seen immediately pointed out my sons silver caps in his mouth and said ‘he needs to cut back on sweets’ HE HAS A DENTAL CONDITION. which he clearly did not go over the new patient paper work. (He was just diagnosed in may of this year) He proceeds to comment on his teeth two more times after that and says ‘oh yeah I know about that’ which isn’t very likely since it’s a super rare condition. They also have you wait 24/48 hours just for a school physical form and charge you $10 also which is ridiculous. Extremely rude. Do not bring your kids here. By far the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. The two ladies behind the counter are extremely snooty and rude. They unfortunately make the entire experience unpleasant. They’re not helpful and inconsiderate. I will be transferring out.

My kids are Medicaid patients and because we are, we are treated very differently in Naples Pediatrics. The doctors are very snooty and rude. And definitely not coming back. It’s so sad that some of these professionals acted like to be so unprofessional. It’s sad. Absolutely you guys are not one of the hero. The front desk were friendly though. But, so sad, I guess if you want to come here, better have a commercial insurance. Or nonetheless, you will be treated like a garbage. 4 stars for what? They are both so great with the children! We have no issues getting seen and are always pleased with the level of care our children receive here!

They are the best Doctors You can find in this area . Their kindness and caring is absolutely impressive. All their staff have the same qualities , they are just awesome . I’m blessed to have them as my girls doctors .

Dr irra is very knowledgeable and thorough. We love him so far!

We have been going to Dr. Irra, and Dr. Cathy since my daughter was born, and she is now 6 1/2. I absolutely love them. Wonderful doctors. Great nurses. Very caring, and patient with all the children.
