Front office is not the most friendly, so keep all questions short and business like, but she is thorough. Angie the nurse is always friendly and prompt. Dr. Ragi is thorough, professional and kind. Keep your questions short and to the point.

Dr Ragi is a dr of my parents for like 20 years. But I am in touch with dr Ragi since I migrated to the US in 2009. A long story short, due to the Covid situation dr Raggi was not able to send my dad for blood work to Washinton hospital lab, As the situation eased a bit we got a referral from dr Raggi for my dad's cataract surgery and Hundall another top-class eye surgeon of Fremont. After a long examination, dr Hundal gave us some orders for blood work which we did the same day at Washington lab when the lab work report went to dr ragi as a primary physician he got alarmed and we got the phone call around 8 pm dr Ragi talked to me explained that my dad may need hospitalization immediately but my dad started laughing and said I am fine nothing happened to me after two days my dad has to go to ER and then to Washington hospital for about 15 days. Dr. Ragi has been our family Doctor for over 40 years. He is truly the doctors Doctor. Many of our other specialist see Dr Ragi as their doctor. He is extremely respected is his profession and loved by those in the area hospital. He has been solely responsible in detecting and curing our illnesses without reservation and has always been proactive. The office staff is always available for appointments, any record retrieval, or prescription needs. If you are looking for a Dr. House (TV program) who is uniquely talented, highly educated, tenacious, and compassionate, you have no further to look. So glad I came back to using Dr Ragi. He sits and spends time explaining to you. I don't feel rushed like when I visit the larger healthcare organizations.

I used to fall sick every month, get high fever. I consulted many doctors, but found no cure to the root cause of the issue. Dr Kashmira analysed it and cured my condition by just suggesting some lifestyle changes. No medicine given for cure. I am perfectly OK for last 10 years. Whenever I ignore his advice, I fall sick.

I appreciate Dr. Ragi's very thoughtful process in making a diagnosis and determining which tests are appropriate to make that diagnosis. He spends a non-hurried time with the patient to be sure he understands the patient's symptoms and discusses possible causes and treatments to be sure the patient (me) understands. He is caring and kind.
