Dr Smith removed my right big toenail 2 months ago. The nurse said OTC pain products would take care of the pain. Boy was she wrong. During the night i resorted to some pain meds i had left from some dental work. The next morning i called the drs office and asked if thats normal, she said I should expect "some tenderness". So i suffered through 2 weeks and called again. They had me come in. Dr smith mumbled he didnt think it was infected, that i must be reacting to the chemical he used to kill the nail. He proceeded to an abridement procedure w/o any numbing or even a bullet to bite. The pain continued, so 2 weeks later i called and they couldnt get me in and werent sure when they could. So i went to urgent care, the dr there said it was infected. She prescribed an antibiotic and antibiotic cream. Two weeks later im still in pain so i make an appt with a different podiatrist. He said yes its infected and that the antibiotic the urgent care dr prescribed wasnt the correct type. Seven days later, finally some relief! However i still have some residual "nerve" pain. I believe dr Smith did something wrong. At the very least i thought he (and his staff) showed a blatant lack of care. Apparantly they dont believe someone when they say they are in pain and something isnt right. Two days ago the new podiatrist removed my left big toenail. May 2017 Dr. Smith did great with my toe amputation but at the 2 week post op appt he did not numb me when my stitches failed to work and my toe opened back up, he did a debridement procedure on my open wound with no pain meds and sent me home with an opened wound. The next day he decided to have me come in to stitch me back up & he did another debridement procedure before stitching me back up with out numbing me. I was in so much pain I could not speak or move. I literally almost pass out from the pain. The nurses are awesome, they gave me wet towels for my head & neck along with water. I will not go back to him. I went and got a 2nd opinion & finished my post op appt with another dr. in town and they were shocked that I was not numbed for either of my procedure. When I walk it feels like a hard uncomfortable pinch and it goes all the way up to my knee. I am very active 29year old. This sucks! Because of Dr. Smith, I still have both of my feet. I am a severe diabetic and had diabetic foot ulcers. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and saved my feet. I will be forever grateful for him.

Horrible bedside manner. Horrible billing practices - won't be going back.

My appointment was 2 weeks after my first call. Once in the medical office the procedure was fast and really successful. I spent less than an hour waiting to be seeing, treated and even setting up a check up for the weeks to come.They really make sure their work is well done. Dr. Kash Siepert speaks Spanish and was really friendly. Loved the service, the attention and even the price $. I would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
