Reviews for Dr. Kash Kendall Biddle
Doesn’t actually care about your mental health or well being. Will however over prescribe unnecessary medication. Doesn’t care about getting you addicted. He wants his paycheck, that’s it.
Dr Biddle is always friendly and professional, awesome at getting you in fast if you’re sick!! Couldn’t ask for better service and caring!! Staff is friendly and excellent as well! My hometown Drs office is the BEST!! THANKYOU!!!!❤️
Dr Biddle is the best doctor around.
Very arrogant doctor who misses lab work that is out of range. He also makes accusations to me and missed diagnosing me because he did not read my blood work. So I suffered for another four years with an untreated condition.
Dr. Kash Biddle is a Great doctor. He's helpful and friendly. And ALL the girls on his staff are sweet and helpful..
I feel he's very attentive & always goes above & beyond for his patients.
This doctor is very arrogant and I'm assuming just because he went to school he thinks he knows everything I don't think that he cares about his patient. I think it's all about the money. Dr. Biddle is a very thorough, thoughtful, and caring Doctor! He may come off a little gruff at first-till he gets to know you a little bit-don’t let that fool you!! He’s very caring, a super hard worker, and actually acknowledges your health care files/even when you’re not there! Don’t forget he’s an osteopath, and gives a great adjustment! He actually listens to you and acknowledges your questions and concerns-and is willing to discuss them with you! He brings to mind the old time family doctor who took care of your total health/ rather than than ship you out for every little thing, but will if he realizes it’s appropriate. He’s been my doctor for years. They will take care of you
Went to Dr Biddle till I moved in 2009. Excellent doctor!
Dr. Biddle and his staff are very kind, professional and helpful. We have been patients of his for 35+ years. He is quite thorough, personable and unafraid to tap other avenues of knowledge if our presenting condition has him stumped and can't pin it down right away!
I have only received top notch, absolutely the best care from Dr. Biddle. He will always listen to you & ensure he gets you the required care in a timely manner. His staff are equally awesome! I highly recommend Dr. B and his team!
Our experience wasn’t only preferable but so very much appreciated! Dr. Biddle and his staff went over and above to help myself and my family, especially my child (who “likes him better than any doctor ever” lol) we went to my child’s pediatrician for over 5 years when we were turned down because we were in between Insurace companies due to a job switch. My mother referred me and when I explained the situation they were more than happy to help me out and see my daughter. Dr. Biddle is passionate about what he does and it shows! I was very disappointed with my visit to this doctor’s office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:50am. The staff member who scheduled my appointment was very clear about being early. I arrived with my 2 small children at 9:35am, completed paperwork, and was ready to go by 9:45am. Yet we had to wait until 10:25am before the doctor even made it into the room. He seemed very annoyed when he entered the room, had limited patience with my 3-year-old (who was well behaved during the appointment), and worst of all took maybe 2 minutes to identify my health concern and write a prescription. After I asked him twice, he still did not formally diagnose my problem. I hate going to the doctor’s office for this very reason and unfortunately this experience solidified that feeling for me. This is not Judith this is her daughter. These are the most rude and downright hateful office personnel I have ever met in my entire 36. If you don't believe me, then see for yourself. See how they treat you. The doctor is... Mediocre and not helpful. I had the horrifying experience at having one of those vicious women come into the waiting room and reveal my test results to me in front of other patients. Dr Biddle use to be a great Dr for me until he denied my prescriptions especially when I needed them the most. The receptionist said I should go to the er because there's nothing they can do. I needed a certain medication when my loved ones died, they didn't care. And the last straw was when he examined my breast without a glove on nor did he wash his hands afterwards. As soon as I walked out of the door to pay he gave me my prescriptions and went on to the next patient. Keep in mind he does not sanitize his hands when he gets in the room with a patient. So disgusting, I'm filing a suit against him for that. I really wouldn't reccrecomend this Dr! The rest of the staff is pretty rude and blunt! They really need to clean that office up! Dr Biddle has been my Dr for about 15 years. Here's good people.
Dr. Biddle has been my family's Doctor for over 20 years. He listens, asks questions and cares about us.
Love Dr Biddle, first time i ever had a Dr i could trust & helped me, he talks to you & he listens to you. I wouldn't go anywhere else, he's also very professional , has a great staff!
I have so much respect for Dr. Biddle and his staff. They are efficient. They have been affordable when I didn’t have insurance and needed a Dr. The thing I love the most that sets him apart from other Dr.’s is that he has always listened to me and come up with a quick, smart, an easy solution. It’s always the least invasive or most mild medication I might need and it’s always been temporary and not a bandaid solution. He is my go to doctor when anything is wrong.
Dr. Biddle gets to the point when he enters the exam room - no excessive chit chat but he does know his business and directs his focus on the circumstances that brought you in.
I have been seeing Dr. Biddle for over 5 years. He is mean, rude, and rushes me out the door everytime. I'm 30 years old and one visit he spoke to me so loudly, pretty much yelling with the door wide open, so the whole office could hear my personal medical information and scolding me like a child. I thought that was very uncalled for. He seems not to care about your well being and when I try to talk to him or explain myself I'm getting interrupted by him or he sits there looking down at his papers, not paying attention to anything I'm saying. He will not look at you when he speaks to you, he looks past you or always down at his pad of papers and I think he abuses his power being a doctor. Everyone that works in front office is rude. A few nurses are friendly, other then that I would not recommend going to Dr. Biddle, unless you like people being rude to you and your personal medical information being aired out to the whole office. This is my first primary care doc in over a year. I was worried based on the reviews and what my sisters have said about this place. 1) He does in fact never make eye contact. He focused on his clipboard the entire time. However, he was listening and jotting down items and indicating where the issue was. I am totally fine with this as I never make proper eye contact either. He answered my request to get refills, my reasons for them , and who my specialist is. So, I was treated for what I was there for plus something he's not treated me for. Which was a relief. 2) His office staff seemed OK the day that I went. My sister has stated that they go between decent to awfully rude. So who knows what I'll have at my next visit. 3) Price is ...well, pricey. It cost $105 to visit. But my old doctors without insurance it was $159. I have my refills and don't have to worry about my condition getting in the way. 4) The office is a fire hazard. They have medical folders everywhere. They're even on the desks that you stand in front of to pay for your visit. The only tech that I saw while there was the computers, phones and the scale they use. Everything else is paper -- even gives you the old script paper to hand in your script to the pharmacy. 5) Sometimes calling to schedule things is a hassle because they're too busy to take the call. 6) They will work with you if you do not have health insurance. My previous doctor would have been, "Welp you're out of luck" and move on. It was an OK visit. I only need to see a doctor every few months because of medical problems so it's fine with me. So for me this isn't that bad of a doctor office (so far). This is my first primary care doc in over a year. I was worried based on the reviews and what my sisters have said about this place. … More

Dr. Biddle is a great doctor and I do not say that lightly. I highly recommend.
Mu wife and I have been a patients of Dr. Biddle for years and he always listens to our symptoms. Amazing office staff
I love Dr biddle! I travel from Norman to see him. He is so kind and patient with all my questions.
5 star for Dr. Biddle 1 star for that very unhappy receptionist. I have never seen her smile, and no one else that I know has either. I wonder why she hates everyone so much.
I want to first start by saying Dr. Biddle is the only doctor I’ve seen in Tulsa or the surrounding areas (Broken Arrow in this case) that I would suggest to my family or friends! He actually listens! He actually cares! And most importantly he wants what’s best for the patient. He’s not after getting as much money out of you as possible, he’s about finding the root of the problem and fixing it. I’ve seen some of the reviews that do not match up with his character or the ladies in the office who ALL also happen to be top notch! I have been to nearly a dozen physicians offices for everything from primary care to pain management and these are the only office ladies that call me back in the same day, and actually get my problem resolved. If that’s not convincing enough, the last two weeks I’ve had emergency situation, and with some of the things I have such as PTSD A situation like this would normally make me a wreck, so I happily and gladly say this has been the furthest from a wreck possible and if anything has changed my view and opinion of physicians. So from the bottom my heart I want to thank all of you, for working hard and caring about your patience’s. It’s refreshing to see a Doctor Who actually wants to be where they’re at, and actually wants to help their patients. Furthermore, I would like to add to Any negative comments you may read, I want to remind you when people don’t get their way they tend to act irrational or say things that may not be true, I have never once come into this office and been treated bad, or talked down to, or anything of the sort. I am always greeted with a smile and all my questions are always answered, most importantly to me I don’t feel like I’m a nuisance. So to sum it up, five star doctor, five star staff, and a five star solution to your medical needs!!! I don't know where some of these people came from, but I felt compelled to set the record straight. Dr. Kash Biddle is a wonderful doctor. This is the first doctor I have had in years that I absolutely love. I have been seeing him for two years now. He seems genuinely very caring of his patients and listens to what you are telling him. He has never miss diagnosed me, given me wrong medicine, or over medicated me. I see several comments about him being rude; I don't get this from him. At times he seems rushed, but he is busy and seeing many patients in a day, including the emergency visits. He does get onto me about continued care/surgery for my severe bilateral carpal tunnel and can even be a little harsh and blunt, but I like it. He warns me about the outcome and permanent state my hands will be in the longer I wait. To me, that shows he has a passion for what he does. I have several tattoos and piercings; his office has never treated me in a way where I feel I was being judged. In other doctors offices that has not always been the case. He will see you that same day, which I am extremely appreciative of; being a single mother, I don't really have time to be sick. I absolutely love Dr Biddle, and his staff, even the frowny faced receptionist. I feel I will continue to see Dr Biddle as long as he is practicing. This doctor is an arrogant pig. He treated my disabled grandson like he was a nobody. Said my grandson was so retarded that he didn't have the mental capacity to even miss his dead mother. My grandson was born with his disability and seem many doctors but never did they ever express such a disgusting remark assuming my grandson didn't understand what he said about him. Well my grandson did understand and after Dr. Biddle's remark about him being too retarded to have any feelings at all, my grandson is non verbal but started to make grunting noises and showed self injurious behaviour looking straight at this pompous ass. Little did he know that even though my grandson is non verbal he does have 90% recognition on the spoken work. Just because he can't speak does not in any way make him unable to understand what is being said about him. This is a disgrace and this man claiming to be a doctor is instead a complete and utter disgrace to human beings with disabilities. I liked Dr Biddle but his staff is just too frustrating for me. I've been going to him for some time and was able to ignore the occasional rude front office person (a few were nice, not knocking all of them) because I enjoyed him as a doctor, and that's hard to find these days, but after today I don't think I'll be going back. My insurance changed, I told them that over the phone when I made the appointment a month ago. With the plan I have I can see any doctor as long as they are in network and they will cover my visit as long as I make the office copay. Dr Biddle was in my network, he was very clearly listed on my insurance's website as being covered. But when I arrived this morning the woman insisted that if Dr Biddle was not listed as my primary care physician on my card, that they would not cover it. I didn't want to argue but I told her I had just seen another doctor 6 weeks ago whose name was not on my insurance card, but they still covered it because he's in my network and thats why I pay so much for my plan. She just kept shaking her head interrupting me saying "Nope, nope, if he's not on the card, we cannot let you see him, NEXT!" and like waving me away. Didn't even let me speak. So I asked can I go ahead and see him since I'm here and I only have this one morning to do this, then I'll call my insurance right after and somehow get you assurance they will cover it, and if anything goes wrong send me the bill? I've been going here for years. She said no, but if I want to call the insurance company right now and change my pcp to Dr Biddle then get them to fax her authorization papers, she will let me see the Dr. By now my appointment time has already come and gone. Then without letting me respond she picks up her phone starts checking voicemail, turning completely away from me and digging through her purse. I went into the hallway and called my insurance. I started to wait on hold to talk to someone at the insurance company, and after hearing that my hold time would be over 30 minutes, and seeing that I was holding up the line of people waiting for their appointment, and was about to be late to my own job, I just hung up and left. Told them I would call back to reschedule. But I'm not, I'm not going back there. That was bizarre I've never been refused to see someone who takes my insurance, just because the doctors name is not on the card. Especially if I offer to self pay. I pay extra for my plan just to avoid that problem. The woman was just so unfriendly and cold and seemed so annoyed that she even had to be there talking to me. Dr. Biddle is a good doctor and I've had a lot. I look at Dr Biddle as the town doctor for BA. Most likely if you have an issue with him, you may want to reconsider your expectations of your doctor.
I love Dr. Biddle, he is thorough and listens to your needs. I was involved in many car wrecks (raced mustangs) and also had cheerleading injuries from High School. Saw many pain management Dr's for that issue and another Dr for anxiety and insomnia. My last Dr just did MRI's and never listened to me. They just threw meds at me. Now, I am finally out of pain, for the most part. I was given a new medicine for my anxiety and sleep. The anxiety is down 75% and I can actually sleep. Keirsten is really sweet and efficient. I have been going to Dr Biddle for over 20 years. Not one time has he ever misdiagnosed me. He always will tell you where to go for the cheapest script or give samples if he has them. He gets you right in when you are sick if not that day, the next day.

I have been going to Dr. Biddle since we moved here in 1993. I live in Owasso and drive all the way to Broken Arrow to see him. I have tried all the other doctors in Owasso and none of them compare to him. It will be a big loss to me when he retires.
It took me awhile to figure out how to communicate effectively without coming across as a hypochondriac, but I feel very 'at ease' with him now! He's very open minded, and doesn't bog you down with a lot of unnecessary labs and scans unless he absolutely knows they will help him diagnose you. He's not a specialist, but he does everything in his power to get you where you need to go, whether it's a doctor he wants you to see, or it's a doctor YOU want to see. I really love that about him!

Dr Biddle is a very rude and arrogant person and as many reviewers have stated he will not make eye contact with his patients. He never ran any test during my visits and I was having serious issues. He has a chip on his shoulder I think he should find a new profession because he seems to hate being a physician.
I've been to Dr. Biddle's office around 5 times. A friend recommended him to me. I kept going back thinking something would change. His staff is unfriendly and flat out rude at times. He seems to want to get you out the door and move on as quickly as possible. If you are looking to see Dr. Biddle as a new patient, I recommend going somewhere else. I was recommended to Dr. Biddle by a very caring person. I took my mom there bcuz i couldn't get anyone else to step up n do a great job with her. I love my mom n expect the best care for her. He was kind, patient n talked directly to her, referring to me when needed. Her diabetes is under control, she's off half of her unnecessary drugs n she's like her old self again. Some of his staff is rude, n impatient with his clients but not all of them are this way. Dr. Biddle does get in a hurry at times, but as patients we need to b understanding just as well. He sees alot of us on a daily basis, and in order to b able to see so many in a few hours a day, he's not going to b able to give each of us 20 r 30 min. The fact that he's able to see my family that day so they can b token care of is appreciated enough that i don't expect it. And there's times we can b crabby just like his staff.
