Dr. Karuna Ghanta Reddy

I went to Dr Reddy s office for the fourth time yesterday. Once again she ignores almost everything I have to say. I had quite a few concerns after being ignored almost completely. And I understand that maybe she would only have time to address few of my ailments. The thing is the only thing that she took time to address was something that wasn't even on my list. She ask me if I thought I might be diabetic. I told her I was craving and drinking a lot of water. She said she would have my blood sugar checked and walked out of the room. The next thing that happened was a nurse or tech came in with a breathing treatment and a shot of steroids. I accepted both and she tells me that I need to get a follow up appointment. I ask was the Dr done with me today and she responded yes. At this point I have not had a single one of my concerns addressed. Only a breathing treatment that I imagine she deemed necessary by listening to my breathing. I will never use Dr Karuna Reddy again for anything and would not recommend her to an enemy! Our visit was for very minor reason but we were well entertained. She treated my wife understanding our concerns. She gave full attention as well as she didn't waste any time on talking anything else than the exact problem and its solution. Treatment worked perfectly. She also showed some warmth by speaking the language which my wife was comfortable with. (She can speak Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, English and may be more). Communication was really good.

Dr Reddy is knowledgeable. Her office staff is not efficient. Getting referrals is a chore. Getting a call back is nonexistent as they don’t listen to messages left on system. Appointments begin at 8am but Dr does not arrive until 8:45-9 .

Wonderful first visit! Dr. Reddy was very personable, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me by helping me find another type of specialist that I need. Her staff is wonderful as well.

Fired her and her staff today!! After a grueling6 months of bs. She constantly messed up my son's medicine. Refused to refer him to a neurologist. When they did, they sent him to an incompetent one. And for some odd reason they won't refer outside of grave gilbert clinic... So after I fired them today. I have appointments with a new pcp and a new neurologist.. In less than an hour after firing them. Dont take your children there!! She doesn't care about them. And the staff is lacking at best!! Fired her and her staff today!! After a grueling6 months of bs. Great Dr. With a very caring staff..

I saw Dr. Reddy today and she is AWESOME, takes the time to ask relevant questions and is very thorough. Really seems to care about her patients.

Dr. Reddy is very friendly and detailed, but her office is a little understaffed, so it takes a little while to get finished with an appointment
