About Dr. Karladine E Graves
Reviews for Dr. Karladine E Graves
Dr. Graves treatment for our Covid experience was exceptional. Her aggressive treatment lessened hour time of illness and most likely saved my wife's life. We are forever grateful.
She should lose her license
Dr. Graves is dedicated and very serious about the medicinal power of healing not just treating. She has gone above and beyond in treating me while I was near death because of COVID-19. Thank you, Doctor Graves! God bless you
Treated me for Covid-19 and I REALLY appreciate that she takes the time to keep up with the latest successful treatments for the coronavirus. God bless Dr Graves!

Open minded about Coronavirus treatment.
Provides horrible adverse advice on the Corona virus. As if this small town doctor (DO none-the-less) has anything new to offer on the world wide investigation of the corona virus. Her negative opine on the subject is disgusting.
Terrible customer service.

Dr. Karladine Graves actually takes the time to listen to me when I talk about what is going on with my health. She leaves no stone unturned until she figures the diagnosis. She is Mama Bear when it comes to her patients. She has saved my life.

This place is a joke don't go here if you want to feel like a person. All they want is money. And the staff are horrible primarily the office manager not sure how great the doctors are but if I were the doctors I would be upset that someone lacking people skills and understanding is running there patients off. I will never go here again.
If I could give negative stars I would. My daughter recently moved to Kansas City and went to Dr Graves as a new patient. She's had nausea, vomiting, 50+ pound weight loss (nearly 1/3 of her body mass), amennorhea and out of control anxiety. Dr Graves ordered tons of blood tests (many costing hundreds apiece) and a vaginal ultrasound - most of which her insurance didn't cover and what it did cover went to her deductible. So for out of pocket costs that would bankrupt most of us, Dr Graves told her there was nothing wrong and sent her on her way. No recognition that something is obviously wrong. In nursing school we're taught to treat the patient, not just the numbers. Obviously they didn't treat that stuff in the doctor school Dr Graves went to. If I could give negative stars I would. This husband/wife team are the best doctors I have ever had. I have been with them for 17 years. Even though I have moved far away from their office, I'd rather drive the miles than think about looking for another doctor. People ask why I haven't found a closer doctor.. my response is always the same. It's rare to find doctors that care so much and are so determined to make you feel better. They aren't bandaid type doctors. They want to get to the root of the problem and fix it.

Very friendly in office, but was sent for further testing out of office on a Thursday and on following Monday afternoon with multiple calls into office I have yet to talk with Dr Graves OR her nurse. Very frustrating.
Dr. Karladine is so compassionate and really takes her time to get down to the bottom of things, she is so kind hearted and does everything she can for her patients. I am glad to have her as my doctor.
Very caring and through.
If anything is wrong, Dr. Graves will go the extra mile to find out what it is.
Dr. Graves, will leave no stone upturned to find the cause of your illness when necessary. She is very straight forward, and will not sugar coat things.
I am allergic to Latex. This is in my records and before my exam I reminded the nurse who took my pre exam info. Latex makes my skin burn, peel and blister, can leave a whelp or worse. Usually lasts even after washed off like a chemical burn. I got a pap smear, and she must of used latex gloves. She also scraped me inside with the device by moving it forward after opening by couple of clicks. OUCH. Then without warning or permission does a rectal exam! I am overweight and have Thyroid issues. She keeps asking me about my diet and suggested Weight Watchers. Makes a comment about" been awhile since you saw your whole back hasn't it?" What kind of question is that? Who can see their whole back without two mirrors? lol Felt judged and slighted and a bit abused. My protests of her in my rectum went ignored. My complaint of pain was ignored when she scraped me insides as well. I was told everything inside looked normal. Yet she wants an ultrasound? I am overweight not menopausal. Good grief. She asked about history with babies, let her know I had a tubal ligation. Yet during the exam she asked me if I could be pregnant? I was unsure at first if she was serious? Maybe another fat comment? I repeated I had a tubal ligation. Then she ordered $200 worth of blood work not covered by insurance on something "looks normal". Make it very clear when you go in what you want them to look at. If they start in about any other procedure or exam types, just say NO. The next thing you know they will have you scheduled for expensive procedures. When I questioned the nurse about it and told her that I would not be doing all of those, she got annoyed. The nurse told me if you intend to return to see Mrs. Graves as a patient you need to do everything she tells you to do. Rather cryptic, with appointed stare. I can make my own health decisions. A few hours later the pain started, and some bleeding. A day later I am still feeling the latex effects inside after douching it out several times, some relief. Allergies should never be ignored by a Doctor. I won't go back ever. Already looking for a new Doctor. I am allergic to Latex. Dr. Karladine Graves is a wonderful woman! She took one look at me, and knew I was in trouble if we didn't get to work and fast! She know's her stuff, and addressed a ton of underlying issues I didn't know existed. HOWEVER, the STAFF IS HORRIBLE! THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I wouldn't be surprised if she is related to a nurse or a close family friend of the Graves', as that is the only reason I could see hiring someone like that. I had tons of issues with their billing area. I had a surgery in Apr. 2015, and explained that due to the high cost of the surgery, my insurance out of pocket max had been met, so I was to be charged a co-pay. I even had my insurance call, with me on the line and explain this information. They REFUSED to note my account. So I was forced to pay a co pay three times, before they would reimburse me. Dr. Karladine Graves literally saved my life. I had a rare and extremely dangerous condition with symptoms that were being dismissed as regular stress/depression/anxiety by every other person. She did not give up until she found the cause of my ongoing issues. And even though my symptoms sounded crazy she listened (thank God!) She and her husband Wayne have much experience, and they always searched for answers for me dilligently. I went to that office for years before I moved and always told everyone needing a thorough family doctor to come to Cornerstone Family Care. I HIGHLY suggest this office for true medical help and some genuinely loving caring doctors (a rarity.) I love these two people. However, my experience with medical paperwork i.e., leave of absence and intermittent fmla was not good (unless the doctors did it themselves to begin with.) The office manager there made me feel judged for using medical leave on more than a few occasions over an 8 year span, before AND after we knew I had a severe underlying condition. And on a couple of occasions I ran into issue with my FMLA and Short term leave pay when she was in charge of my forms, coincidence or not, it made my life hard. Fyi; Things were fine when the Doctors themselves did the paperwork/letter writing to start with. I lost 3 months of pay the very first time I took leave because of the paperwork she filled out incorrectly (a few years later I learned the great skill of medical appeals thanks to a similar situation arising from the same desk) luckily I kept my job and after fighting and appeals with facts, got to pay my bills. Just know that in about a decade of going to this office, I never had any other issues here outside of this, the staff is great and sticking with this office for my health care did keep me alive, and my daughter still has a mom. In no way do I want to detract from their business. I don't know if I will ever meet a pair like the Graves again, they are both amazing physicians and Godly people. But I do not want anyone else feeling judged, losing pay, or worrying about losing their job as I did because of the above issue. **So in the end it was absolutely worth going here. I would not be here to type this if it was not.** Dr. Karladine Graves literally saved my life.
