I generally dislike hospitals, and usually goes the same for doctors. But Dr. Droese's ability to understand the patients needs, all while remaining humble without the typical ego, made me happy I came into Urgent Care when I did. Very thorough, very intelligent.
Amazing doctor. Very personable and thorough. Loved his personality
I was not given the antibiotics I needed for an infection at a pin site. I asked for a non narcotic pain med that also helps with swelling and was given more of a narcotic med that I told them was not helping. For days nurses did not return my calls!

Very polite and nice and helpful.
I saw Dr. Droese for the second time (for a new and unrelated issue from the first). Since he works at Urgent Care you never know what doctor you will get. He is, by far, the best doctor there and his level of listening, compassion, diagnostic skills is on par with any specialist I have. I would trust him with my life.
